Yeaaaah, that would have made basically zero sense. It was a LA client aiming for presumably FL jurisdiction on a probably civil case. A kentucky lawyer would almost certainly have had less than nothing to do with that, y'know? Most lawyers tend to stick to the state they're based in, save on specific/federal issues. It's hard enough to keep up standing in one state, nevermind multiple.

... still, anyone actually in kentucky that could maybe give the office a call and ask? Number's on the website!

E: Though I will say the concept of Duke acquiring the services of (one of) the obergefell guy(s), a basically dedicated civil rights lawyer, for a plagiarism case is pretty amusing as a thought. That's some prime time sitcom material, right there.

Sure, sure. There just doesn't seem to be a blog associated with the site, or dan canon 'imself. Given the critter's background, it would kinda' make sense they'd be passing the file around, it's just... can't seem to figure out where at/why (other than obvious giggles). And it's an odd thing to be hosting on your professional advertising page if it's just for giggles, y'know?

I'm going to have to disagree with you there, Hillary. Just for example, I had not heard anything about actual hacking attempts on her server, only evidenceless claims that "it was probably hacked" made by ye olde Vast Right Wing Conspiracy.
