The Republic of Auros wonders where its (NPC) deal came about with the promised blueprints.
It offers the Talmurian Empire the blueprints for Explosive Shells in exchange for peace along with Province #96...and probably a few provinces back if they so decide, and hopes that their fighting spirit convinces that they have some amount of dignity in them.

Turn Update 8.2 (Fixed)

The Republic of Auros receives a belated present with the label: "SECRET MAHDAMA TECHNOLOGY BLUEPRINTS! :D"

The Agatean Empire sees an opportunity and launches into the enemy's territory with renewed vigor... that turns to shock and suffering. Despite their new advantages they've learned that while the Free States aren't the force they were in medieval times, their soldiers are still dedicated to the defense of their lands. Most of its soldiers are killed in the deserts between their nations or in the mountain passes. However, the fates intervened at the pass, and they managed to break through! The UKA was a far easier target, and Agatean forces marched right across the crossing with little more than a few alarmed sentries to stand in their way.

The United Socialist Alliance condemns the recent aggression against Guniburg and urge all side to reach a peaceful settlement. Since we do not wish to have USA weapons feed the conflict, we immediately suspend the trade agreement with Guniburg.
Representatives are sent to the world's capitals to ask if another nation would consider a treaty with what is the fastest-growing country.

In addition, we feel it is time to cast down the yoke of the Khans. War is declared on the United Kingdom of Arlon and the Free State.

diplomacy:

Offer the free states of mahdama the blueprints of explosive shells, in return of 20 RP(for 1 turn)
If the free states want at least a chance to survive , they will need the explosive shells ASAP.

Also offer the Agatean empire 23 RP/turn,to be given back the next turn with only a small interest of 4 RP/turn
They can make good use of the RP this turn, and save out RP in the total.
