In the ruined capital, the one scroll which caused the attack of the once-peaceful Aurosians onto the Talmurians was tattered and ripped in many parts, with the debris and decay of war masking much of its writings. Nobody would know that the peaceful state had been contacted in secret by the ancient Khans.

Talmuria would enter a new age of growth and development--The Khans were falling, and the shadow was lifting.

The Agatean Empire notes that due to a curious combination of circumstances, the trade situation between us and Talmuria has been reverted. While in the past, the bountiful resources helped the Agatean Empire in it's time of need, it is now the Talmurian Empire that might face an impending shortage. Thus we propose that the trading agreements between our nations should perhaps, be reconsidered.

Propose that, in mutual agreement, the trade between the Agatean Empire and the Talmurian Empire is ended. (2 PI / 10 RP for 8 army cap)

We also note that the Talmurian Empire seems to have an excess of academical capacity, much of it going to waste. The Agatean Empire is willing to offer some resources to take care of that excess.

Turn Update 10.4

Talmuria, seeing a threat in the southern Union of Allabard, declares war and aids its ally of Guniburg. Its forces had grown complacent against the pacifist Aurosians however, and the brutal armies of the Union's dictatorship were prepared with the recently captured fortifications. It became a slaughter against Talmuria's brave warriors.

Plans were made to transfer ownership of a border province to Guniburg by the beginning of next year.
