 Age: 25

 Description: Issan is a tall, young man with medium length black hair parted in the middle and pale green eyes. He wears a standard military uniform which consists of a long-sleeved black coat with olive details. He also wears a pair of white gloves, an armband on his left arm, two white belts around his left leg and black shoes.
Issan tends to be rather charming, focusing more on talk than on fighting despite his position in the military. He can rapidly switch to a serious and reprimanding tone when needed... usually when anyone disrespects his authority.
Not a lot is known about his past, except that Viral had him brought in to assist against the anti-spirals.

STRENGTH: 12

 Equipment: Officer's Sword: +5 DMG.
His outfit is also much more durable than regular clothing but doesn't give any real advantage.

 Ability: Bullet Time (as he likes to call it). In reality, it's a complete timestop. For a very short time in combat everything and everyone is completely immobile, allowing Issan to redirect enemy attacks as he pleases simply by moving them. With his bare hands.
Time fuckery, people. Shit's whack.
[Redirects an enemy's attack at another enemy, at itself, or just away from everyone else, would it have hit someone normally. Possibly up to GM fiat.]

 [Rocket Punch: One of two arms on the mech fired as a projectile. +8 DMG. Each can be fired as many times as Issan wants, but take a turn to reattach themselves after firing.]
Unflinching Walk: A thick, cumbersome shield of spiral energy that prevents dodging for flat +15 DEF for one turn. Activated. might cost SP?

Whoops, second tankmech.
Whatever. At least his DEF isn't high to begin with.
Also: Jen and Issan fuse; become Suited Baymax except made of vibranium. Discuss?
