Because I forgot to mention it, one
flaw and one
trait is allowed.
Starting gold: Roll for it or take average. Do you feel lucky.... punk?
Can I make a character who is good if they're class is evil?
I've been wanting to try it for a while now...
What class?
And effectively, yes, the tier system is because some classes are simply much more powerful in utility than others.
Actually, I'm more in the mood for a sorcerer. Meet Robin Toma, the currently soulless blaster.
Some of the things I can see suggests the
magic-blooded template is a relic from 3.0, and it seems very powerful as well for a measly -2 wis.
Huh, I might join in, let me just see what I roll first:
STR 16, DEX 14, CON 17, INT 12, WIS 11, CHA 6
Lol, typical melee char stats, down to the cha dump stat! I have an idea already for a mute knightly type, and even a custom knight class I'm using in Shonus's campaign(created by Lucus Cassius of this very forum). I'll post the link in a sec...
Here it is:True Knight.
Edit: Speaking of mute, would a custom flaw of exactly that(ie, Janik cannot physically speak, and no healing has been able to help) be allowed?
That might rather limit your RP with the other characters. Hmmm... I'm going to say no to the flaw. I'll have a look at the class in a minute and get back to you.
hmm.... would a gnome ranger be able to use a wolf animal companion as a mount? Purely for the awesome/fittingness factor rather than minmaxing.
Only if the mount is a size class larger than you, I'm afraid.
What roll scale?
For each stat, roll 4d6, drop the lowest. You can swap two and reroll one. (I think that's how it's done, isn't it?)
