((That was as far as Yeo was able to move due to Rough Terrain. With an overland of 4, she can't move too far in a turn.))

Yeo continues to feel Inspired. Go Yeo go!

Suddenly, the shifty Swablu turns on it's attackers, taking wing for the first time during this battle. It flies into the midst of the enemy and sings a melodious song, sweet and pure. (AC: 7!)

The song leaves you feeling sluggish, but it fails to send anyone to sleep.

Meanwhile, the Roggenrolla continue their mindless rampage. The steed advances upon Bluk, launching into her head first. (AC: 20!) Bluk quickly retaliates with his cute oval eyes to try to soften the blow as an Interrupt. (AC: 5!)

Bluk doesn't make a sound when hit, but he shudders from the attack none the less. He flinches! The Roggenrola targets Frank with a barrage of stone! (AC: 11)(Five-Strike: 5!)

The attack hurts, but it lacks the kind of force necessary to bring a criminal bodyguard down or give him an injury. With a little bit of luck, he'll get his revenge on the rock soon.

Finally, after four turns of agonizing effort, the Roggenrola succumbs to capture. Huzzah!!

Corrie has to move up a little bit in order to reach her Pokémon, but she got the job done.

Meanwhile, Yeo advanced upon the foe with bolts of lightning! (AC: 2!)

Unfortunately, Yeo probably wasn't used to all that inspiration and the shock goes wide.

Leaf in fact does move a space down to throw a Pokeball! (AC 9!) (Capture Roll: 58!)

Whistling over rough terrain, the Pokeball did not fail in Leaf's arm. It barely clipped the Swablu's wings as it squawked unhappily, but that was enough to get it into the ball. After 3 shakes, the Pokeball dinged and launched back into Leaf's hand to confirm capture. Swablu has been caught! However, the loyal steed can be heard from around the mound of rock to be stamping it's feet unhappily.

It occurs to you that it may be a good time to run.

Meanwhile, Yeos feels INSPIRED!!!

Then, true to form the last Roggenrolla goes after the last person that threatened Swablu. Unfortunately, in this case that meant attacking the longsuffering Leaf. It charges down the hill and turns to fire a barrage of stone (AC: 13!) (Five-Strike: 7!)

The resulting pain from the barrage can only be matched by the amount of pain he had suffered one day after falling off the high-wire at the circus. The Roggenrola exacted a painful revenge for the capture of the Swablu, enough so that it leaves Leaf unable to stand up after words. Even after Leaf is down, the Roggenrola continues to hop up and down noisily.

((I'll let you decide how you want to play out being fainted Kansa. You can be entirely unconscious after the attack or you can be disabled and in enough pain that the idea of movement is not a good one. I'm alright with running with either scenario.))

For a moment Leaf stood there a bright smile on his face as he caught the pokeball in his hand, the triumph was short lived though as the attack hit. He was knocked down and quickly slipped into unconsciousness.

Franklin moves towards Leaf, making ready to haul the trainer's unconcious arse, while shooting a round of Scary Face at the final foe.
