Okay, so, let's just knot out what we need to do here.
1: Tell our demon friend about the sword and give it to him as a gesture of goodwill.
2: Use some melted bone (We still have some, right?) to use as plaster for the cracks. (Inb4 it's actually a trick and it will just be even harder to open afterwards.)
2A: Kick the evil wizards ass.
2B: Go back to the city and get a few more cooking tools to make ZE BEST MAGICAL RESTURANT. ALSO GET OUR REWARD.
3: Figure out a way to drain raw manna from a soul.
4: SCIENCE!
5: Stop making Shadeknight cry via liberal use of identification scrolls.
6: Perhaps try to find some obsidian wood.
7: Do more cool stuff.
8: profit!

Guys, I'm pretty sure we already have a changing sigil on that tarp we took from the bandits, remember?
We can just use that to make more urns.

Add woo princess and make her our obedient lap dog/pupil and we're good to go. It'd be nice to have the royal backing to set up a necro guild in the city. We'd have money for experiments and we'd be super popular. Sqeee popularity!!

Nah, I don't think that's necessary, just deliver her safely and we will be good to go.
The inherent risks plus the fact that it would kinda be a bit of a dick thing to do adding on to the other fact that wizards would probably find out, it's kinda un-necessary to do something like that.

You decide to think over Whether or not to trade the sword to the Demon, or just give it to him.

"Hey, Buddy, What would you give for a magical weapon?"

Funny you should say that, I can't use any weapon save for a paladin's weapon due to my order's code, and I cannot use those because Holy stuff doesn't respond well to me."

"And hypothetically speaking, If I had a paladin's weapon that even you could use?"

"Don't taunt me. No such thing exists."

You have no melted bone left, save for the small amount of pearlized bone left in the pot of oasis water.

It looks too valuable to waste like that.

You shove solid bones in there instead. filling the cracks up. It takes about two skeletons.

As you do so, the areas filled with bone dissolve away horizontally, until the entire door is gone.

In a cramped building like this, you may need to leave behind minions, both to defend your base while you are exploring, and to prevent complications in trapped or cramped rooms.

You can bring one large Undead group, two Full sized minions, Or 3 Tiny minions and one full sized one.

You throw the scroll at him, and once again he catches it with practiced precicion.

"Not 100% sure, but It COULD be yours..."

*Sigh* And what is it you want in return? Demon's blood? One of my horns? I hear those are the usual fare for this sort of thing. I know a few curses if you are into that. I also Have 40,000 Gold handy for sundries and alms for the poor, if you are that twisted, but the point remains..."

He Reads the scroll thoroughly.

"...I need this sword."

If their no good we can just take his gold. 40,000 sounds very good.
