((I will assume I don't have to worry about anarchists or nomads any more.))
((Which regions border which other regions? Actually, I could probably make a crude paint map if I had the geography of the regions, the location of the Great River, and what regions border what. Are the West Forests North, East, or South of the West Plains for example?))
((Links to the city sheets in the OP would be really helpful too.))
((If someone finds a typo or grammatical error in my city sheet please PM me or post here please. I take pride in my work.))
((How does interbreeding work? My guess is that humans/elves and humans/redguards work, but elves/redguards don't. I also guess that there is an equal chance of the child being one of the two species rather than being a mix of both.))
Diplomatic Interactions
[The Senate of Demestris sends a human delegate to River Hall. She will arrive shortly.]
[Great King Augustus offers Norogoth a Defensive Alliance; if one of the treaty members is attacked, the other will come to their aid. He also asks for Military Access during peacetime between the two city states.]
[Great King Augustus offers to trade food for any fictional, historical, or practical texts.]
Internal Interactions
[The Great King bades the South General to move to the South-West.] (Classified)
((Personally, I think it should be called the River Hall Summit.))
((Based on the information from
here and
here, I'm guessing that the West Plains are sandwiched with the West Desert to its West and both the West Mountains and the West Forest to the East, both those regions being adjacent to the river. The North Ice Flats I assume are adjacent to the West Desert, West Plains, and West Mountains but not to the West Forest. I will play as if this is correct but I would very much like clarification on the geography of all the Great River regions.))
The Great Kingdom of DemestrisDiplomatic Interactions[The Senate offers food, temp slave labour, and military assistance to
Sigylguard in exchange for silver, children's texts, and texts on philosophy.]
[The Senate also asks for non-military access to the Great River from
Sigylguard.]
[The Senate offers fruit juice and beer to the
Commonwealth of the Free Peoples in exchange for unmarked slaves and any texts they have.]
[The Great King asks both
Sigylguard and the
Council of Other what they would like in return for metal.]
[The Great King of Demestris invites delegates from the
Council of Other to Demestris Library where they will be allowed to read the texts within. The standard price for foreigners wishing to enter the library of one text each is in effect. Great King Augustus also wishes to build a road connecting the two countries together, as well as negotiating for a Defensive Alliance, joint Military Access between each others lands during peace, and access to the Great River. The Great King himself will be there to receive them and join them in the library.] (Classified)
Military Actions (Very Classified)
[The North General sends scouts to observe the military strength of Boroshka. Horses will not be used.]
[The South-West General sends scouts to observe the military strength of Norogoth. Horses will be used.]
River Hall Delegation[The Demestris delegate arrives. She is resplendent in a brilliant white suit with gold trims and an Ezio cape with the same colour scheme hangs over her left arm reaching down to to her wrist. Her hair is raven black and she is adorned with a medium-sized red amulet.]
Greetings fellow diplomats. My name is Rosalina Beirut- Patrician of Demestris, Descendant of Great King Alexander, Emissary to His Royal Highness the Great King Augustus, chosen delegate of the Great Kingdom of Demestris for the River Hall Summit. It is a pleasure to meet you all.
((Proposed interbreeding mechanics:
- Humans and Elves can breed. Humans and Redguards can breed. Elves and Redguards cannot breed.
- Any interspecies breeding results in an even chance of the child being from either race. There are no half-elves or half-redguards. Only humans, elves, and redguards.
- Genetic traits passed down from parent to child are relative to the parent's traits among his or her species. Example: a redguard that's above average in terms of strength relative to other redguards would have a human child that's above average in strength compared to other humans. Another example: an elf with average intelligence would have a human child that has average intelligence when compared to other humans, but not when compared to an elf.))
