it's not a spell you know. You can use it. If it was a wand I'd make you roll UMD for it. This is not that.

You don't even need to know magic missile to make them - it requires fireball haha.

I vote Dread Necro.

Then we gang up on #4 and force a Warmage on them, and say all our characters are distantly related.

Also, finished crunching.

heh, same here, basic background, description, and personality done, as well as equip done!

Edit: For me I vote psychic warrior. Too many spellcasters could lead to constant antimagic fields :P

No. I suppose there are similarities, but I'm fairly certain angry birds doesn't let me charge into a battalion of knights with a car made of circular saws.

Wait wait wait, we have 3 female characters, all spellcasters?

I want the fourth participant to conform, but I also think a foil character would be interesting.

Hmmm.

I say we should call them all Alice.

As I said, I'm reusing a sheet. No coffin this time, though. She's a bit less than a complete expy (or more, depending on your point of view.)

Reserve. Give me two hours tops. I have an idea that I've wanted to run for some time.

Okay. Essentially I ripped the 4e Faerun map. The setting is after the spellplague, which tore reality a new one. Parts of the underdark collapsed, leaving caverns large enough to be seen from space open to the light, and lots of people died and crazy magic happened. So it's a pretty high-magic setting. I'm taking lots of liberties with what you'll run into because I'm not going to memorize a billion dialects and ecosystems of creatures.

It's about a hundred years after that, and your village popped up shortly before the spellplague. Your village wasn't affected much, seeing how it's so small and out of the way you are. Your village has about a hundred and fifty hands to work, give or take ten. The assignment for you guys will be explained shortly after Nerjin's character gets in, or even sometime tomorrow noonish. But the gist of it is that Kobolds are stealing plenty of food from you guys and the food thefts need to be stopped or else your village will end up starving.

Dragons are not LA +5, if I recall correctly.

Anyway, thanks, Pufferfish! I'll write up a backstory tomorrow, when my sleep-deprived brain won't do horrible, horrible things with a drow beguiler.

To assist with said backstory, I assume that plenty of my ancestors fled the resulting massive holes in the ground?
