Before I go any further, can I get a marching order for y'all?

I'm cool being somewhere in the middle. Probably a little way off from the rest of the party, but only like 10 feet at most.

Layla would naturally (due to being pretty shy AND being the party wizard) be in the rear

No. I suppose there are similarities, but I'm fairly certain angry birds doesn't let me charge into a battalion of knights with a car made of circular saws.

So Arsolf/Chaiket->Drenza->Layla works for everyone?

Seems like that would be the standard unless noted otherwise, yeah

Hey puffer there's a custom spell I wanted to run by you for 3rd level. Here are the tentative stats:

Spheres of Fire
Conjuration(Fire)
Level:Sor/Wis 3
Components:V,S, M
Range:Medium (100ft+10ft/level)
Duration:Instantaneous
Saving Throw:Reflex partial
Spell Resistance:Yes

When Spheres of Fire is cast, 1 brightly burning globe of brilliant flame per 2 caster levels(max 5) is conjured above the caster, who then directs them to any point in range as a free action and detonate them in a 10ft radius burst for 2d6 points of fire damage(any one creature caught in multiple explosions only makes one reflex save). In addition, the hot flame and heat from the explosion catches any flammable object, as well as any creature that fails its reflex save, alight, taking 1d6 points of fire damage until they make a dc 15 reflex save to put out the flames; any point of cold damage or any magical means to quench the flames also instantly extinguishes the fire.

Material Component: an oil-soaked rag

Sure, but make it up to 5 fireballs at level 10. That puts it on the same damage scale as fireball.

E: Make it fourth level and you can scale to 20th.

Edit: fixed

Yeah it's good.

Nerjin, I'm just going to assume the Aura was up to begin with since it's no-cost and no time limit.

Chaiket can see the glow of the living - living creatures give off brightness to her similar to a torch, thanks to her Lifesense.
