1) No. I like Ogres. Maybe Goliaths are better for stats or something but Ogres tickle my fancy so no.

2) No thank you. I don't want some generic brand. I want the genuine article. Not now though as Arsolf is someone I've wanted to play for a while now.

Oi, those two are no generic brands. My favorite race/class mash is a muckdweller Dragonfire Adept.

If your character dies, I'll think about how an Ogre would fit into my plot. There's parts where being not human-oid would really really suck.

Oh... I don't want Arsolf to die though. Sure the Ogre Paladin has been kicking around for a while but I'd prefer Arsolf to accomplish a great good in his life. Maybe find his daughter and then live out the rest of his life as a kindly old grandfather type. Then, as he dies, he will see the face of his long gone wife. "My story is over now but the Epilogue is far happier than you could imagine."

And then he dies...

BUT we'll see how that plans out.

Mmm... Plans are forming. Wonderfully, they're plans that fit what I have in mind really well.

Hey guys I'm super sorry about the wait, I've just been slammed with outside stuff that hasn't let me devote the kind of time I want to this game. I'll try to squeeze something out tonight for you all to chew on, and we should be in the clear after my midterms this week.

That's fine, your grades are more important. Hopefully things will pick up next week!

No. I suppose there are similarities, but I'm fairly certain angry birds doesn't let me charge into a battalion of knights with a car made of circular saws.

E: Wow I really messed up that post. It's all better now.

Should there have been the dex (or str for throwing? I don't know) bonus and base attack bonus as well? So it's 1d6+4? I thought it was a bonus to attack rolls and damage rolls.

You get DEX bonus on the ranged attack, but you get STR bonus for weapon damage. BAB doesn't affect damage, just how often you hit. Damage is calculated by weapon die + STR. Improved Weapon finesse lets you apply DEX to melee attack rolls, but that's about it for DEX to damage.
