"Well with the news of a new city winning a battle against an untald number of zed there has been a spike of volunteers to Requiem. We need someone to train the militia there, the scouts will have their hands full with keeping order there and a military presence would help, the militia doesn't have to be part of your force but if you could post one or a few of your members as commanders of the militia and train them it would help keep the city orderly and strong. What do you say?"

¨We have the transports ready and not all are militia volunteers, actually a good majority are the farmers that Requiem will need here shortly. The number of militia we would like you to train is around 80-100 depending on how many stick to it after day one. Is that feasible?¨

¨You have 20 volunteers for your group that are inside of the 80-100, they signed their forms and they will move into your group when basic training is done. We just need you to supply training for them to know how to use a weapon, wear the uniform, march, and follow orders. We also need you to supply a few people to order the militia around and assign it jobs. The militia is for public order and defense so whatever is too small of a job for you can be handed down to them. Keep in mind they are also to stay inside Requiem borders since your group is the inter-border military not the militia.¨
(supply basic training, commanders, and inside Requiem jobs for the group)

I need 300 men for it and a senior officer from her for over all control of them in my absence.

I'll select 30 of the best 300 to build squads  as officers around and train them all up but I can't waste my own men's talents on what amounts to a glorified baby sitting duty.

And I'm going to be in and out to recruit my own men. I have plans for my unit that its current size does not reflect. If you want me to secure your new city that's what I'll need. "

¨I can spare a few more from this migration and can make up the rest in the next. I suppose I can send a couple officers with next wave as commanders but I need you to set up the basic training camp there and train some people for the job of training or get someone to train them more.¨
