" No time for that, that's 3 days to recruit for my unit before we head back. "
¨Recruits won't be able to make it till next migration, not enough transports. At least let your men have some off time. I heard the ones that stayed back at Requiem are having fun anatomy lessons in the streets¨

"What work do you have to do now? You just spend a day fighting the largest horde in recorded history with a small force and won. Then left a contingent to secure the town while you go out and pick up more people that want to live there. I say at least give your men some rest they don't have your.... Ummm... Condition. They can be over exerted unlike you."
(With this I will clearify that he knows you are partly infected and has done some form of research into it)

(( Well I'd doubt many of them are actually real military men so all good. ))

((Well this guy has been military general person for about 30 years so he is supposed to be very knowledgeable)

"Well if that is how you want then that is how it will be, the gates of Sanctuary are open to you and your men for recruiting"
With that he begins to walk away

Spend my 3 days recruiting with my men.
Your able to create a bit of hype for your team and even attract children wanting to join when they grow up. Many adults are impressed with your men who were giving hand to hand combat demonstrations. Four of your men even set up a melee stage combat uncoreographed battle.
There is a wait list of about 480 people wanting to join and untold children begging to join

Inform all the adults that a convoy will deliver them to the training academy at requiem.
Get the childrens parents permission, if they agree have them delivered to the academy as well.

Use the new training regime, 1 member of every squad is a demo engineer and 1 in every squad is a medic.

(( Basically this is what the training turns all my volunteers into.
480 is to many for the 500 you were giving me so a few will be dropped out but including my current 2 teams and 1 in training 503 people total pass to form the units listed below.
Team 1 is an assault team and Team 2 currently in training is Recon. Since the exo doesn't exist yet just ignore that bit. ))

((OOC-the classes available from Requiem in the War for Sanctuary game are general units and not part of the force you are making now. Though the elites in said general force are either people from your teams who moved to the militia or are Sanctuary funded and trained experimental exosuit units))

The first caravan is ready and you are allowed to take a group of civilians to begin training, they are meant to be senior members to help keep order in the training camp.

[sorry to say this but that was a tad waste of time typing that all up, sorry. Though I may use it a bit in the war for sanctuary game. The next bit of this game will be you returning to Requiem and starting up the training camp, this will introduce the last storyline thing before I start the next game and basicaly close this one. Though I might allow you to continue to play or at least help me test out single person and large group combat stuffs]

Return to requiem and get things set up.

You return to Requiem, it's streets still soaked in dried red blood that has a slightly green tint when the sun shines on it. The air is foul and of rotting flesh. There are massive piles of dead infected on the outskirts of the city and many scouts and people from your team moving the last of the bodies into supply trucks. As the people exit their vehicles they are greeted by a group of scouts who are assigned to orientation.
(I'm guessing you set up boot camp)
As you get a small camp set up with living quarters, jungle and city combat training areas, and it's own cafeteria you to to inspect the camp.
There are (was it about 150~200 right?) people standing in formation blocks of about 25 soldiers outside. You see at least 20 people under 16 (the enlistment age)

Training begins
You notice that a few of the young trainees are excelling for their small and weak stature.
One oddly looks like a childish form of your mother from many years ago

Find out who she is, continue training until the second convoy arrives.

You take her off to the side to speak with her.
"What do you want!?!" She tells you before you even say anything to her
