You regain consciousness in your respective hospital bed/stretcher. You here a slow beeping from a heart monitor, the artificial lighting seems to work well, there are no windows, the walls and floor are concrete but covered in small cracks and vines a growing up the wall on the opposite side of the door

you feel very light headed after getting up out of the bed and accidentally knock over the heart monitor, which pulls a needle out of your arm as it falls.
You see a drawstring bag against the wall.
The door has a bar over it which seems to keep it from being opened from the outside
there is nothing else in the room of importance
