So, I'd like to open discussion up to any suggested rule changes or tweaking I can do, based on the session just played. I already have some rules I want to change:
Only one Action of the same Type per Round per Player (so no double Combat actions by Player A; a Combat action by both Player A and Player B is allowed; Player A can Combat and then immediately Intrigue as well).
Upon placing a Faction, you gain control of a Faction.
The Control card changes: Now instead you can use it to try and seize control of a Faction owned by another Pawn, or a free Faction.
Also, now that the players of the Game have become divine, they get a few new stats (that apply to the roleplay outside the Great Game).
Name: Mopples
Description: A very young mermaid. Blue skin, lighter on her front and darker on her back, green hair, large turquoise eyes.
Background: Mopples was always curious growing up, and constantly sneaking out to explore places she shouldn't. It was not a trait she was given time to grow out of, as her village was destroyed by ravening horrors from beyond the deep. She took to the shadowy places of the sea, trying to skirt the line between the places dark things dwelt and light but dangerous things thrived. She eventually found and was taken in by an old witch, who encouraged her to be more reckless and ambitious. Thus was Mopples the Adventurer born, eventual tamer of abyss spawn and queen of everything.

Bodily Might: 0
Faint Aspect of the Deeps
Goal: Unknown. (Defeating the spawn of the abyss?)
Name: Valer the firesmith
Description: A magmanarian. A sentient and mobile collection of lava contained within in obsidian humanoid shell. It stands at eight feet tall and melts the joints of it's body to allow movement.
Background: Created by a tribe of magmanarians in a volcano in the blasted lands. Valer was always extremely different from it's fellow tribesmen. Wheras most of them were content to spend their time doing nothing but bathing in lava and searching for whatever their favorite flavor of rock is, Valer always felt that there should be more the life. Eventually he was forced by his own curiosity about the wider world to leave his homelands, he made his way into the lands colonized by civilizations and wondered at the great works they had created. Though much trial and many travels he eventually found that he excelled as a smith, being able to heat up and manipulate metals with his bare hands, and thus he eventually gained the name firemsmith. But his curiosity of the world never dwindled, and he continued to travel.

Name: Varian d'Avistral (Let the d'Avistral name LIVE ON!)
Description: A young human nobleman. He is a hair shy of 6 feet tall, with mottled cyan hair, smooth features and a cocky smile.
Background: 4th son of a Major Noble in That Place You're All Aware Of. While not about to gain a title, he is still well trained and capable. And bored. Very bored. This led to a life of adventuring and generally poking his nose in where it shouldnt be.

Bodily Might: 0
Faint Aspect of Luck
Goal: Unknown. (Pick something that suits.)
Name: Queen Ramespi VII
Description: A shriveled mumified humanoid corpse. Ramespi wears an elaborate silk burial gown, and a gold death mask that depicts her living face in great detail.
Background: A once powerful Queen of a now oppressed and nearly extinct people, Ramespi's reign was a fairly uneventful one. She focused more on partying with her court than on the political issues of her day, but was careful to do just enough so as not to be considered a bad leader. She died of illness at the age of forty three, and was buried in an elaborate tomb as per the customs of her people. She then spent a little over a millennium in the spirit world schmoozing with her Pantheon, until her tomb was located and pillaged by treasure seekers, disturbing her rest and returning her to the living world.
Now the seventh queen of the Sand River Kingdom is back, bringing with her some of the secrets of the gods she has made her friends and lovers. She intends to restore the lost empire of her people, and claim true goddesshood for herself.
Divine Power: 1
Bodily Might: 0
Faint Aspect of Death
Goal: Unknown. (Restoring your people's lost empire?)
Description: An older man, with a short white beard and bald head. Commonly seen in classic oriental clothing.
Background: Originally a trader in secrets, the nature of his wares meant that he eventually heard of a source of divinity that was at least partially believable. After several dangerous adventures, Kwong Xing came across the Mask of Chenxiang, a dragon-faced mask containing the soul of an ancient dragon. While the dragon's memory is lost, a measure of its power seems to have been conferred with it; a dragon's longevity, and a dragon's fire. He has taken the first step to godhood; now he journeys on in search of further apotheosis.

Bodily Might: 1
Faint Aspect of Fire
Goal: Unknown. (Pick something that suits.)
Divine Power represents your inner divinity, and your ability to perform miracles. You can use Divine Power between games to perform miracles (it permanently subtracts from your Divine Power). You can also bet it as a wager in the Great Game.
Bodily Might represents your raw strength and supernatural abilities, and your prowess in combat with gods or overcoming physical obstacle. You can use it to perform feats of legendary ability (it permanently subtracts from your Bodily Might). You can also bet it as a wager in the Great Game.*
Your actions in the game overall (and partially your background) help define what
Aspects you are associated with. These are essentially what you are considered to be a God of. Mostly fluff, but might make it cheaper to act within your sphere.
Finally, your
Goal is your immediate or overarching plan of action. What are you trying to do with your divine might? What do you seek to accomplish? Pick something that fits.
*Kwong Xing has Bodily Might instead of Divinity because his powers come from a dragon. He's still effectively a demigod.
