"Well, I suppose dying doesn't rub the right way for people, not to me though." Shiro says as he embraces his silver cross necklace.

"Well, it ain't the dying that appeals to me, it's the bit about feeling alive, that's what I don't feel and that's what I want. If I can't end up feeling that, then I might as well be dead, y'know, so I don't have to give a fuck about eating and sleeping? 'Course, knowing my luck, I'll end up wasting my whole life and find out on my death bed that enjoying food is the whole damned point to it all..."
