Appearance = An half Japan, half British, but a Korean decent. Black hair, crooked teeth(represented as shark teeth), red iris and black sclera. Has a neat suit on, with Snapback that says 'DOPE' in gold. Wears a silver cross necklace and a pair of black converse shoes.
Ability:
-it's called 'The Equilibrium' or the 'dagger of equilibrium'. It is infamously also known as the 'grim reaper' or the 'eater of pain'. The reason being is that what it uses 'destruction' as a fuel for its power, meaning that it 'eats' away the pain, internal or external, or destroys something to recover or use the power of the equal value through the laws of equivalent exchange. Logically, more pain,anguish and destruction you cause, more power it's going to bring out for you to morph the dagger into different things( basically, the dagger can morph pain, blood and stuff). The 'teeth of Zaaraus' saps the blood and pain to turn it into anything you'd like. The 'eye of the truth' is basically a scope to detect your pains, and it can be used for a lock-on to use the binding technique, where the locked target gets the same injuries as you do.
Of course, Shiro himself is very skilled at Magical science and analysis, and alchemy to utilize the 'Equilibrium'.

Background:
Born from a rich family that specializes in alchemical technologies, mainly known for project Equilibrium designed to achieve universal stabilization for utopia without natural disasters etc, Shiro had all the resources he needed, and had a loving family, however Shiro discovered the truth behind the 'PROJECT EQUILIBRIUM" that supposedly stabilizes the world, and found out that to achieve universal equilibrium, his family's company was killing the people in the LEDCs disguising as Aid and charity, and also the poor people who couldn't afford some of the technologies. He ran into an ultimate confusion as he couldn't believe
his family's true nature in business, and so he shut down the stabilizer system and ran away with the blueprint so the project could not be done again. He ran into a small village Church and befriended the orphans and the Priest after much struggle(he was initially very snobby), and as they grew in trust and faith they built an underground labatory to help the nation without sacrifising innocent lives using alchemy. However, one day the Church was blown by a disguised terrorist attack, while in reality it was Shiro's company's recruited people trying to cut shiro's connections with 'unecessary people'. All the orphans, nuns, and the people serving died in the attack, and with only thing left a silver cross necklace, he embraced it with a guilty, sorrowful mind. He took out the blueprint that he hid all those days, and started to build the dagger, in which it was a far more efficient and compressed version of the project equilibrium. The compressed version put stressed upon him and the destructive nature of the dagger overtook his features, making him look destructive and evil. Vowing one day to get valuable and strong enough to be able to be the 'order' of this world, he finds a school far from where he lives to learn about the things that his ego didn't allow him to.
