I changed Carenheim's stats to have 1 in MANA and 1 in M. ATTACK.

That is in fact the logic I'm using. Also it's better than doing both M skills devided by two.

I will point out that it still has caps, the implants just raise them and also, if the team is mostly composed of cyborgs expect enemies to bring EMPs more than they would.

Well, yeah people are going to pick Cyborg.
You gain an automatic stat boost, it doesn't limit your stats as much as Tech or Master, and despite Magi allowing you to do whatever you want with your stats, you'll need to sink points into Mana and M Attack, so melee is less viable for Magi.

True, but i think cyborg is a bit short term in terms of potential, no magic, and stats are based more around money, so if cash is scarce... well lets just say you ain't no millennium falcon.

Techs get a discount and can prolly work around the "no implants" rule, and magi and masters have interesting potential abilities.

He is now missing a single point and I don't think that he can have an M. ATTACK stat.

Additionally, it's kind of odd that if I want a magical focus or catalyst of some sort, I'll have to go to the non-magical everyone else for it.  But since I, kind of, gave away everything for indiscriminate power its okay.

Name:  What you wish to be referred to. (Note, if it is written in a language that no human can speak we would prefer you ask us for help to make it easier for everyone to say.)

Appearance:  We simply need to know in case things happen that require... replacement. It also will help in case a shape shifter attacks. Again.

Class:

How you got here: Some causes are listed above but there are others. Maybe your family is indebted to IRIS or you're one of those moon people.

Stats:  One hundred points total
HP:  Your health. Three per point.
Mana:  Your magic power. four per point.
Speed: Determines turn order and dodge rates
Skill:  Determines your ability to aim and is one of two stats used for crafting.
M Attack:  How well you can use magic to attack.
Strength:  Are you da strowngest!?
M defense:  How well you defend against magic attacks. Used for crafting as well.
Defense:  How well you can take a hit.

Just clear out the descriptions and you are good to go.

I am planning on most higher tier cyborg implants to take two or three missions worth of trade points to buy.

Magi would be a character who has a base power that lets them use different spells that use the base power. So for example Naruto would be a magi and his powers would be based around ninjutsu. He'd also be really fucking bad at being a ninja.

And MV, you know that if you lose the focus you can't use magic.

I was thinking of making a class called the Animagus which is based around anime tropes and magic which would be more CQC and flighty than the others.
Also Tech and cyborg would fit that. Trust me, one example of the Tech class in universe is Master Chief in deep purple armor that can fly and makes really cool things. Like a plasma thrower.

I have several powers that I am currently choosing from, but I think that one really treads the line between portals and not-portals.

The Vault: A pocket dimension of sorts, in which Z can store objects, as well as take them out and launch them out of the Vault at high speeds.

Also, would this count as a Magi power, or do I have to go with something else?
