Take a walk through the city, crowd-watch.  Get a feel for what our instincts want to kill next.  We might as well plan out our next murder, and the first step is picking likely victims - before we get needy about who to kill.

Whilst we're at it, let's look at what our home city/town is like.  Are we coastal, inland, what's the local countryside like?  How easy would it be to hide a body?  Geography is important when planning a kill.
