"Why? Are you truly as blood thirsty as your lineage suggests? Someone is hurt or trapped. Put that damned thing away."

"If person crying, something must be hurting person! Tradok think with this," he says as he points at his head in pride. He must mean his brain.

Cernan's face is dark after the burial. So little remorse for the dead from his companions...
"We must be careful. Whoever killed the woman was not an earth elemental."

"We found her near Earth Elementals with her head smashed in. What exactly do you think killed her? Wait, you can fly. Go down there and save whoever's down there. Chop chop!"

"Tradok will help friend! No need fancy magic or wings to go down!"
Tradok starts to climb down the cliff, his massive half-orc muscles bulging.

Ulric grabs Tradok before he can start climbing "Hold up there lad. It's dangerous to go alone. Take this." Ulric then hands Tradok his 100' length of rope.

Give Tradok my rope.

"The troll will hold the rope. We tie the rope to you and he can lower you down safely."

Tradok gives a thumbs up and terribly ties the rope around his waist. He tied an overhand knot for fucks sake.

"No no no. Here, allow me." Ulric attempts to tie a better knot (Use Rope). After completing his task he gestures towards Krag "Troll. Grab this rope here. Hold it tight. Then lower it slowly."

"Hm. Well, you might be interested in knowing that the crying isn't real. I don't know if you care, but it's someone trying to fake crying, not real crying. As far as I can tell, anyway. I don't have as much experience with that sort of thing as one might think."

He's put away the phial by now, and watches idly as the party prepares to run into a trap.

"There were arrows sticking out of her. Last time I checked, elementals didn't use bows. And I can't fly. Only some Dragonborn have been granted the wings of a dragon. I have been granted its breath."

Cernan shrugs. "They were broken off. Not hard to miss. Do you mind if we let her memory rest in peace, chap?"

"It's fine by me. However, I must insist we head down. Perhaps it is a trap. Perhaps it isn't. I'm not willing to wait while someone might be dying. If it's such an issue I'd be willing to go down instead. I have a bow. Tie the rope to me, lower me down, if it's an issue I'll just shoot the damned thing. If it isn't you can pull me back up and we'll drop the rope for the troubled soul."

((Clarification: You are standing in front of a cliff. It's rising up, and the ravine is a cut in the side of it that you can walk into without climbing vertically, like a tunnel without a ceiling.))
