In this case, it references white girls and pumpkin spice drinks at Starbucks. The "white girls" part is important.

The comment: It references the books. Sandworms hunted by vibration. While walking across the deserts of Arrakis, the only way to avoid drawing attention to yourself was to walk without rhythm, varying your steps to have no pattern at all, aping the natural movements of sand. So what the comment was saying was "White girls don't have rhythm," as part of a literate and clever joke.

Are you trying to impose your cultural knowledge on us?
