If your going to cut the persons level you don't need to take his gear all that does is force the entire team to go backwards because you have to go back to get new equipment for him before you can go any further.

To be fair, one time I was listening to one's problem with her friend, and told her why she was getting mad at the wrong person, but she didn't care and it... Didn't turn out well. 

But she was still in the wrong.
And mad at the wrong person.

Why not this? Also, just make it what the team can carry from the dead person's body, so they could keep or use the equipment?

'Course, the obvious problem is when they're incinerated...

Tch. Never worked then, still doesn't work now. She's learned that, although still refuses to admit that the person that should be blamed is in the wrong, even though everything was caused by that person throwing her under the bus.

The person that was mad at her, who she was mad at, had every right to be mad at her based on what happened and her own unwillingness to tell the person the truth.

What went down, in a condensed version, is that her best friend's boyfriend kissed her, her best friend walked in, then the boyfriend threw her under the bus and said she kissed him and he had nothing to do with it. She considered the guy a friend, and was mad at her best friend for being mad, so didn't want to get the guy in trouble or something stupid. I don't remember all the details, it was years ago.
