Girl logic. It's not meant to be understood.

And that seems fine let them lose a few levels and all gear stays on the corpse.
Right now our big question is what are we doing team wise?

I'm building a big specialist guild. Kj is recruiting insane people for a cannibal army.
I'm more then happy to just bolt on sub units for the rest of you.

My class will be a assassin and I'd like to be a super influential merchant.

Pews I'd like to be a sub part of your organization. I'll manage the inventory bank and work on raising funds.

Whenever you need money I'll show you what I have. I'd mostly like to be left alone plotting on how to seize the market though. Thoughts?

:P I was considering just being along for the ride and not even joining.
That way, I could operate without pesky "rules" or "obligations".
And, you know, get or do things that might not exactly be allowed.

Well my basic plan is to set up fortified guild houses from time to time as we move into more dangerous area for recruiting, training and resupply purposes for my guild. As much as is possible I'm going to build them nearby or on top of areas that have an abundance of ores and stone.

The stone is then used to build it and the wall and other fortifications and the ore to create equipment for my army and also probably some of it can be diverted to you for sales purposes.
Each house will have a training area, barracks and will have the crafters necessary to make weapons, armor and potions.

If you want to work on making money that suits me fine the money will be used mostly to purchase raw materials and supplies for the guild and to create new guild houses.
As for seizing the market, just keep me up to date on your plans if your going to do something risky I need to know so I can make sure the guild is prepared if something goes wrong but beyond that do whatever you like to take over.

That works, the thing is in this kind of game going solo will get you killed in short order and if your not in the guild then I can't give you any men to help you. You can't recruit men yourself without making a guild either.

Parties are a temporary thing though then people wander off. You don't really wanna constantly be trying to recruit new people to a party get them geared up then have to do it over.

Main guild: (Founded and lead by pewd) has all of the general players.

Sub guild/branch: (Founded and lead by me) we all do what we can to keep up with the markets and make money. This Included buying our own houses as well as support the main guild however we can. I'd like to have players from the main guild come over and basically help me in that money making/ Market cornering business. We'll also do legal but less respected things like stealing supplies from our rivals.

BUT if pewd is going to have me run errands 24/7 or not approve of subterfuge than i'll go my own way.

EDIT: What if i WAS part of your guild but i want to run more independant operations from time to time. I'll be active of course for defense, merchanting, and training but..again i like playing the "do not disturb unless important) types of characters.

Just warn me in advance so I can make arrangements to cover your jobs while your away.

And no stealing from other guilds, remember if one of them dies a real person is dead and robbing them puts them at risk. We're not murderers.

If your target is a red guild or red player then go nuts. Cut his throat while your at it for all I care.
If it's orange then steal all you want but no killing.
Blue/Green don't touch them.

You would but it's temporary anyway and you can take evidence that you killed a killer so people will know. But thge majority of the time they only crippled the killer then threw them in prison until the game ended.

If needs be I'll add a dungeon onto each guild house.

It depends on crime not number of times.

Any crime short of rape or murder is orange.
Rape or murder is red.

As for evidence, just make sure you have the name of the person you killed and a note signed by people to confirm his red status and that you executed him. The status lasts for about 3 days to begin with and longer each time after, more then 4-5 times and I think it's permanent.

But Blitz can work out some system for that in this, maybe a bounty system so if you kill a killer you don't go red.

Why even have statuses like that? Bounty would be simpler all around, with far fewer problems, if you get whatever that is for killing a killer.

Because otherwise you'd never be able to tell who's a criminal and who's a killer.

The status color is like a warning light telling you to be careful, but a minor adjustment so killing a killer doesn't make you one would be simple enough.

Killers should always still be able to go to big safe zones and cities.
