While the patrons are focused on the bard, a cloaked figure slips in quietly, with little noise coming from her opening or shutting of the door. Old habits die hard.
Grabbing a seat at the bar, she waves over the bartender.
"Gimme a shot of your strongest stuff and a cigarette."
While waiting for her booze, she glances down the bar.

orders a mug of bear

She can't help but stare at the woman with the ferocious predator in her mug.

Goddamn it autocorrect.

Anyways, I'm off. I'll respond to things in the morning.

Kyle shrugs and gets up to tap the man on the shoulder.

The robed man turns around, smiling broadly.

"Why hello there, friend! What can I do to aid you this fine evening?

"What is that... emblem on your shirt?"
Kyle says tilting his head.

[Remuthra]

"Why, you must be one of those who have not yet tasted of the faith! This is, of course, the symbol of His followers, the Harvesters. But come, the Roaster of Souls accepts all the willing into his Harvest, for did not he say that all thirsts must be quenched, all Brews purified? Do you tire, do you grow weak, do you thirst for salvation? Perhaps you may serve His will soon, if you are willing."

He produces a large flask of coffee and holds it out.

"Come, taste of His work made manifest, that you may learn of the Way of the Dark Roast."

Kyle stares at the flask for a moment before shrugging and taking it. He start by smelling it a bit and after tilting his head to the side takes a sip before nodding.
"I half expected that to do something bizarre to me. But it did taste pretty good."

[Remuthra]

"Ah, excellent, may your thirst be quenched, friend. No, that was but a simple manifestation of my craft. For greater needs, the darker and more arcane of roasts are necessary. I am Joseph the Cup, by the way, though you may call me Cuppa Joe."

Having greeted the elf, Joe takes a seat at the bar and signals the barman for a cup of his best coffee.

Kyle shrugs and goes back to his table to drink this mystic brew.

"They sing this song a lot?"

"Similar songs. Their taunting me specifically." She sighs and drinks more of her mead.

The night carries on, and most of the drunks head on their way. The bard gets up and approaches your table.

"I believe I owe you an apology" He says to Selina. "I have a mean sense of humor, and it gets away from me sometimes."

"*sigh* Think nothing of it sir." Selina shrugs indifferently.

"Why do they mock you?"

[Angle]

"You're very forgiving. Here, though, let me give you this." He pulls a sheaf of papers. "This is a treasure map. I'm afraid it's too dangerous for me to dare, and I'd rather not send some poor fool to their death, but you look like you might be able to handle it." He sets the papers on the table.

"And your very nice all thing considered. Thank you." Selina takes out a Silver Coin (10$) and passes it to the Bard before turning to her 'drinking companion.'

"Why do they mock you?"

"Might as well get it out of the way. I am attracted to the female gender and not the male."

Alassra shrugs.
"Some people are just cruel over anything."

She looks at the papers.
"Looks like you've got yourself a job."
