Hey, which takes precedence: Zombie World or DNA Surgery?

Official ruling follows:

Whichever card is activated last has its effect applied (although "Zombie World" will continue to affect the Graveyard and prevent Tribute Summons). Also, if "DNA Surgery" is activated after "Zombie World", then Tribute Summoning an originally Zombie-Type monster is still allowed (even though it is a non-Zombie-Type monster when it is on the field).[21]

I was re-reading my card effects and I think I actually stand a good chance, but I have a quick question about spell tokens, if you have multiple cards that take spell tokens, and you get a spell token do you put one on all of them or do you have to choose which one to put it on?

Do you mean Spell Counters?  Spell counters you gain go to wherever the card that's giving you the spell counter says it goes.  For instance, in the Structure Deck you chose, Royal Magical Library says that you "place 1 Spell Counter on this card", as do cards like Skilled Dark Magician, Breaker, and the Magical Citadel of Endymion.  Pitch-Black Power Stone says "place 3 Spell Counters on this card", but it also says that you can move one of those Spell Counters to another card that can take Spell Counters once per turn.  Apprentice Magician is the third kind: it says that you target a card that can take Spell Counters, and "place 1 Spell Counter on that card", which means that you put the Spell Counter you gain from it on whichever card you chose. 

Tokens are the "created" monster cards summoned by various certain effects, such as Scapegoat.

Oh.  In that case, both of their effects go off, and each of them gains one spell counter.  Simultaneous event activations don't block each other, though technically, counter increases aren't actually chainable effects, so SEGOC doesn't apply.  ^_^

What, exactly, is the boundary for "godmoding"? I'm...concerned, because not drawing one of the right cards in the next turn or two could spell the end for Angel in this duel, but I really don't want to godmode.

Basically, I'm trying to figure out how close to Protagonist's Luck I'm allowed to come.

As mentioned before, godmodding is something along the lines of drawing all 5 pieces of Exodia on your first turn in every duel. Drawing the right cards once or twice per duel is not godmodding.

Name: Calagon Lóng
Age: Average for the typical entrant
Appearance: His appearance makes it difficult to tell his gender at a glance.  Due to this and to dodge bullying for it, he wears his hair longer in order so that his ambiguous appearance is blamed on the hair.  The hair is dyed black, but there are a few strands of silver hair buried within it.  His eyes are brown, but with a couple small streaks of red and blue visible under only close examination.  He stands a 5'7" and has a light tan skin tone.  Skin on the right forearm has a slightly different tone in the shape of a blurred dragon wrapped around the arm.
Duel Spirits: Partially.  He can sense they are there, and they can imprint the need to perform certain actions on him, but he cannot see them.  Primary spirits that 'speak' to him are Red-Eyes Black Wyvern and Divine Dragon Ragnarok.
Backstory: He comes from a middle class family.  He got his first card, Divine Dragon Ragnarok, at a promotional event around the age of ten.  Because of this, and being, somewhat ironically, named after Ancalagon the Black due to his father's enjoyment of the books of Tolkien, he built his deck around dragons, with Red Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon and King Dragun amplifying his ability to use the deck.  His two favorite cards, though, are his Red-Eyes Black Wyvern, the first card he ever won in a local tournament, and Divine Dragon Ragnarok.  While he was constantly teased for his appearance by his classmates beforehand, his cards made him one of the better duelists in his class.  Unknown to others, he managed to secure one of the five Industrial Illusions Blue Eyes White Dragon rereleases.  He put it in his deck to aid in the Duel Academy entrance exams, which he managed to convince his parents to allow him to take.  He is nervous about what the reaction will be if he plays it, so he may hold it back unless he believes it is needed or would give him a better showing.
