I should go on ahead then and draw their fire. Neither of you are as well armoured as me, Hakim telepathically chirps, before moving forward and through the doors to see what's behind them.

Walpurga gives the book a short scrimming, before checking the mana flows of the candle and the crystal

The grey eyed man clicked his fingers, the smile still on his face.
”Anyway, I think it's best that you leave now” more priests appeared and it would quickly become clear to Bartimaeus that it probably was best if he resumed his activities later. He left the temple and headed back towards the palace.

Titus let out a small sigh of relief as he noticed Bartimeaus walk in through the gates,
”Good” he straightened up right slightly and called to the members of the group, ”Come on, follow me we're going to meet with my father.” with that he began to walk through the grounds and opened the doors to the palace. The entrance hall was massive, doors were on either side of the walls and twin staircases led up to the upper floors. Directly in front of them were a pair of double doors that the prince began to walk towards, he seemed slightly nervous.

"Tobias, try and use this opportunity to move unto the king. Be creful not to be seen."

Kaiser follows the party, nonchalantly dropping several pea-sized balls along the way.

Dalia shuffles forward with the group, trying to stay in the back so that she won't be seen.

Sen follows behind Dalia, so a to make sure she will be seen.
Walpurga does so. The mana flow around the Candle and Crystal are the same as any other object in the basement, but Walpurga could tell that the mana flow is definetly flowing into the recess. Suddenly, Walpurga is hit with another psionic vision: Simon Giest is holding his arm as he walks into the basement. His arm is bleeding heavily from the gunshot wound. He takes the crystal, candle, and book from a nearby shelf and places them in the recess. First the crystal, then the book, then the candle. He presses on a stone that is sticking out of the wall and the wall to the left of him slides open revealing a metal door. In the door way is the shadow, more exposed than before. It looks like a human, but the only thing making its form up is blood vessels and nerves. It sees Walpurga and moves backwards into the door and disappears, ending the vision.

((So... Hakim is opening the labatory doors, Sanure. Are you just getting the fight ready?))

((getting it ready and putting stats to one last boss. Should be ready here in like an hour.

Walpurga repeats the sequence from the vision to open the secret door.

The wall to the left of Walpurga slides open, revealing the metal door, rusted and open.
