Kyle is dead until I either decide I care enough to not have him die or am in a better mood and decide I like him more than I care about people constantly ragging on him.

Eh...um....

....I would care if he died? Pragmatic reason being he's fairly versatile- approaching Anima/HILDA/Barti/Mabarius levels, other reasons being I actually do like him, even if he does have the tendency to act douchey- and really, the only characters not guilty of doucheyness at some point are Alistair, Hestia, and Maria's mom. And Winry. Keep in mind that only Hestia and Winry show up with any sort of regularity.

Even if that doesn't stop you, just putting that out there.

I actually like kyle as well. He is just about the only down to earth character we have who actually is affected by the things that happened.

In Maria and Albrecht's defence, Maria is only aware that the house was attacked- as it's an Antimagical/anti void protected house, not too much of a problem., and Albrecht is on the other side of the world, busy on his own cases.

Do you really have to kill Kyle off? If you are really bored with him (or tired of my/our crap  ), send him off on a magical adventure, or a vacation to the middle of nowhere. That way, you can pick him up again if you so wish, without pages of magical fuckery.

on a note, I do point out that big magic spells are not rolled, and the roll then multiplied by a factor, but the stat is multiplied with a factor and then rolled - that kinda stuff matters.

also nooo, I needed Kyles magical fertility. You see, Asfaloths domain among many things is too, associated with nearly endless fertility. She was supposed to reverse-rape kyle in a re-enactment of that one scene from outlast and thus spawn a swarm of Kylelings to serve as her army.
