[Zanzetkuken The Great]

"Alright, but whatever it is you probably should tell the others soon."

"I will eventually."  Zanzetkuken says, reaching towards her gauntlet.  "This is what it meant," she continues, folding back the section of the bracer that went over the back of her hand, showing Hugo the silver-blue Ouroboros marking for a few seconds, before recovering it with the gauntlet.

((I thought it just made a sudden jolt of pain and the reason she was hurt was because she messed up her arm. Also, may I make perks that further reference ninja related tropes and increase the amount of perks my character can take?))

(There was an splitting headache right before that was painful.  The dislocated arm helped into the silent screaming.  When you level up.  You're at 4 of 5.)

"Ah. What was in the chains?" HugoLuman looked up. "I think they're about to go on to the next room. We'd better hurry."

"Ah. What was in the chains?" HugoLuman looked up. "I think they're about to go on to the next room. We'd better hurry."

Zanzetkuken's voice lowered a bit further, tapping the double doors at the end of what she said.  "A dragon...it went through these doors just before all of you came by."

Hmm. If it was friendly to Zanz, maybe it would be safe to open those doors. If they could even open them. Or maybe it had already passed through the room beyond into somewhere else, not bothered by whatever else was in there? "Alright, I'm not telling anyone, but it seems like an odd thing to keep secret. You up for the next room upstairs?"

"The gauntlet said, 'Ally gained' after it left and I've been reacting to the dagger that no one else is reacting to."  Zanzetkuken paused for a moment before saying, "It depends on where Blitz goes.  If he goes with that group I'm going to head through these doors, or the fourth door in the Binding of Isaac room.  I can't be around that knife..."

"Alright. If you need to go of on your own, I'd recommend resting a bit. If you get in a fight right now, it will probably go badly." With that, HugoLuman ascended the stairs and returned to the room. "So, what's up with the next one?"

[[I already described the next room earlier, but that was a few pages ago, so I'll reiterate it:

The next room is a shockingly monochromatic room. Its walls, floor and ceiling are all patterned in a checkboard pattern. Inside are four ebony-shaded statues. Three of them look roughly made and wield short stone swords. The fourth is much taller[7 feet?] and more polished, seeming almost to glow in the faint ephemeral radiance from the white squares. It wears a heavy-looking crown of obsidian and has a long scepter tipped with a shiny multifaceted onyx. The floor is covered in fine marble dust and black sand. There is a doorway on the opposite side of the room with an indentation resembling the gem on the end of the statue's scepter.

HugoLuman steps in, looking the grit coating the floor. "Think there more statues here before?"

[SOLDIER First]

"I bet everyone here five bucks that we have to either climb up or kill that statue to open the door."
