I have to agree. I haven't been involved in MGv.2 but I was in the original for a little while until I realised the actual game was never going to start.

Oh. Plot eventually got going and then Scap passed it to Elf. It's a lot more open now and more slice of lifey but there's been constant plot for a while now.

Appearance: Muscular, sun-tanned human, covered in burns and moderately scarred. Wears a pair of goggles at all times and sports a few broken teeth.
Ambition: A mad pyromaniac, discovering the power to conjure flames without aid of any devices was a dream come true for Vargas, who grinned at the prospects of being able to torture creatures better and maybe burn them into a crisp.
Circumstances: Vargas drifts from town to town, skinning wild animals and selling them to butcheries for meager penny. Being a known pyromaniac with a hair-trigger temper, people tend to steer clear from him simply to avoid having to fight a madman with an incinerator. However, he is hated by almost anyone confident with their weapon arm, and thus many seek to kill him for bounties offered for his head.

Like with KJ, I was hoping if you were a nonhuman that you wouldn't be something that was already made of fire or could use fire, because it kind of trashes the emergent plot I had set up to explain why certain people could make fire with their bare hands.

Obviously, this isn't too good in the middle of a desert: they tend to cook themselves alive if they try to do anything. Fortunately, the kind doctor built her a suit to allow her to live relatively normally.
