Bowmerang: an exotic bow, which when thrown will always return to its wielder in an unusual fashion.

The Neverbrown: Fabled pants that prevent one from dirtying itself by magically constipating its wearer.

Mask of Mind Vision: Wearing this mask allows one to literally see with its mind. But the mind having no eyes, this mask effectively renders you blind.

The Mirroring Portrait: A portrait that acts like a mirror, except vampires can actually see themselves in it.

Ring of Invisibility: An invisible ring, that makes it seems like the wearer is actually not wearing anything on its finger.

Trick Sword: A longsword that turns intangible when cutting flesh.

FoU has some twisted role ideas. Screw second-guessing this mechanical garbage spaghetti, I'm basing everything on reads and visible daytime behaviour.

Would you like to play a game of Mafia? The subforum is always open to new players.

But not when cutting bones, nerves etc.? Do blood vessels count as flesh? That'd be a pretty horrifying weapon.

Nose Ring of No Sing
A nose ring that prevents the user and all who gaze upon it from being able to sing.
Sounds good for stopping a bard from singing...

Maul of Subtlety: A maul that grants supernatural stealth to the wielder, but makes a loud "MY PLANS ARE TOO SUBTLE FOR YOU!" sound when the user attacks someone.

I'm pretty sure blood vessels and nerves are made of flesh.

How about a sword with a blade that's tangible only to liquids? You could do some real damage with that.

Helmet of Loreal: Wearing this helmet will preserve your hairs from being tangled, from becoming greasy... And removing it will release your hair in a graceful motion, causing those to see it to have an urge to buy shampoo.

Sponge of Back-scrubbing: Scrubbing a part of your body will magically scrub the part at the opposite of your body, allowing you to clean your back on your own by scrubbing your chest.

Bikini Armor: A full set of armor protecting your private parts and your breasts. Enchanted with a powerful spell to always fit its wearer, only women can wear. One has to wonder what defensive purpose serves this garment.

"Shits and giggles"

This is a very unusual scroll.  The caster must specify a trigger, and that trigger action must be either unnecessary for the task at hand, over the top unreasonable, or otherwise excessive. The trigger action can be performed by anyone.  Whoever performs the action is overwhelmed with fits of giggling laughter, until they uncontrollably deficate themselves, and they have completely emptied their bowels. During this time, they are unable to perform any other action. No will or fortitude saves.

The scroll is a general curse against those without disciplined self-control.

Salve of Sunshine Spiderwalk: when applied to the soles of feet or shoes, temporarily allows the user to walk on any solid surface, including walls and ceilings, as if it were flat ground but only when said surface is under direct sunlight.

So, only the underside of a transparent pane of glass, being lit by sunlight? ;)

(otherwise, the shadow of your feet will negate the surface being lit!!)

Here's a bizarre but possibly useful magical item.

Blade of Spiderwall: A sword that, when used to trace a line in the ground, erects a wall made out of angry, living, highly venomous spiders that is 2 feet thick and blocks a passage or grow to a maximum of 10 ft x10 ft. The spiders are enchanted with Mind Blank and cannot be reasoned with.
