Firalk, after staring at his opposite for a few moments, sprints forward across the void and glomps them.

Hai! I'm Firalk! What's your name? Wanna play? I'm bored!

Vanhurk stood up on his hind legs and stared around at the array of godly equals he has greeted. He nods slowly. "Hello my fairest of fellows. I am here to keep the peace between our spheres and the peace shall always be kept."

((Indeed, although I feel my waiting didn't need to be bolded.))
Actually, that's handy for letting me know that I don't need to wait on you and for everyone else knowing that you're not equally culpable in holding up the game if they haven't posted yet. :3

May I ask what was used to determain what got in?
How interesting and healthy I thought your character would be for the game. In your case, I thought Wwolin's greedy schemer was a bit more interesting and interactive than your hot-tempered justiciar.

Speaking of which, everyone who didn't get in has been added to the waitlist. While replacing an Aspect is not terribly likely, there may be other opportunities depending on how things play out.

((So, what exactly are my character's worrying aspects?

If it's the name, well, I pretty much chose Mort because a. it's death in french. And b. because I recently read mort from the discworld novels. I'm perfectly willing to change it, but I was pretty much operating on the idea that death has no name other than death. Also, If I change it it will probably be some vaguely exotic sounding thing, like chinese/japanese/made-up language name. As for bland, well, he's death. And since I'm not about to play the "everything needs to die" variety, I stuck with this one. So, if you could tell me exactly what is worrying you, I'll do my best to work on it. ))

Mort sits in his corner of existence, back legs silently and systematically starting to spin his silvery web. His peaceful moment is shattered when his opposite glops his front legs.

"Well met. For now, I am mort. There is no time to play, Firak. For as it is my duty to end, it is yours to begin. We only have eternity, friend, better get started right away."

Death bides his time, spinning his silvery web

Well there is plenty of time, I can't begin anything until the others start doing their jobs, so until then, we have plenty of time to play!

"You musn't think about having fun all the time. You are the aspect of life, you have a duty to uphold."

The spider clacks his mandibles, then sighs.

"But, I suppose you have a point. We must wait on the others to begin our task. Here."

The spider procures a ball, woven with the same silk as his web, from behind him and rolls it over to the wolf

Quinghai looked at the other Aspects, before settling his eyes on Nohpalli. A moment later, he stared into the void. Empty. This is a problem.

Nohpalli looks out at the void and shivers, the various faces on his body twisting into grimaces as the cold of the vacuum bites into them.

"Brrr... I need fire. Fuel! SUSTENANCE!"

As the gasses of the first wind wash over him, Nohpalli ignites some of them, shaping them into an orb of flame in the void.

Turn 1: Ice Cream

Aquilos takes a moment to look at the others before speaking. "This space is so...empty. It's kind of boring." Aquilos sighs, exhaling for the first time.

Exhale, creating the First Wind, a wave of gases and air currents that shall travel throughout the universe.

((I suppose this would be a good way to test the waters.))
[2] You exhale a cloud of gas, but it doesn't move.

Rassura watches the many-winged one as he speaks, clenching her teeth together in her best attempt at smiling in approval, or at the very least agreement, at his words. Now, however, was not the time to act - that would come when she learned more about the others.

Rassura bides her time, watching the others to see what they'll do, particularly the silver-haired one across from her.

((Indeed, although I feel my waiting didn't need to be bolded.))
You keep a close eye on that bear. Everyone knows bears can't be trusted...

Firalk, after staring at his opposite for a few moments, sprints forward across the void and glomps them.

Hai! I'm Firalk! What's your name? Wanna play? I'm bored!
[1] You trip and flop so much it's more of a roll than a sprint. Fortunately this just means it'd make for an adorable internet video.

Vanhurk stood up on his hind legs and stared around at the array of godly equals he has greeted. He nods slowly. "Hello my fairest of fellows. I am here to keep the peace between our spheres and the peace shall always be kept."
[5] The only thing that could make your greeting more majestic is a tophat. But that's pretty much always true for a bear.

((So, what exactly are my character's worrying aspects?

[1] Friggin tangles.

Quinghai looked at the other Aspects, before settling his eyes on Nohpalli. A moment later, he stared into the void. Empty. This is a problem.

Quinghai creates a sea below the sky created by Aquilos.
[1] The ball of gas isn't much of a sky, but you attempt to create a sea nonetheless. It turns out to be a good thing that you have such a low bar, because some assumptions regarding the presence of wind turn it into a narrow shell of whirlpool, like a twister of water. Or a watery ice cream cone topped by a fluffy gas cream puff.

Enkisar moves off, to his own place in the void. There, he begins creating small earthen spheres.
[3] Not wanting anything to do with these shenanigans, you move off by yourself and begin creating small earthen spheres. Which come out a bit lumpy.

[6] You have to try a little harder to ignite the gasses without any wind, but perhaps go overboard in the process. The roiling ball of fire and superheated wind makes a much more amusing ice cream cap than the gas did, at least.

Oh yes, and these:

Ooh, I had worrying aspects? Was it the gnome thing?
To be honest I'm not sure how much of it was gnome and how much of it was Baldman. But your mixing/boundary pushing thing made me wonder if you were going to do neat things or bizarre esoteric things.

((So, what exactly are my character's worrying aspects?))
It's fine. I'm mainly just worried about the same general thing as with GWG, namely that you'll end up with nothing to do because you're purely reactive or niche.

But as he said, that'd probably be most boring for you anyway.

I'm not sure how much my definition of "neat" and your definition of "bizarre and esoteric" might overlap. Really, where I was going with that concept was "fire is enthalpy", and from there an extrapolated "fire is chemistry". Heat is the thing that creates the transition between earth, water, air and plasma (well, fire itself is plasma, but you get the idea), to say nothing of nuclear reactions. I find fire to be a very underrated, unfairly characterized and largely untapped classical element, really.
