Crew, we will be launching soon, if you can find your way to a acceleration chair, please do so and strap in, make sure you are near handles if you are not. I will announce when I am activating the burn and it will be your fault should you not be secured.

Juno continues waiting for everyone to get onboard before proceeding with the previously stated action of launching the ship.

I have to sift through a lot of mundane actions to find one to find one that needs rolling for,this post for example.

Juno turns on the comms to make an announcement that he thinks the Captain will probably be fine with.

As a general reminder to all crew before we set sail to avoid any mishaps, you get promoted by being better at your job then the person in a higher position then you, you do not get promoted by killing useful crewmembers, that doesn't give us any reason to think you are a good person to have in authority over anyone, you get launched out the airlock or destroyed instead if you kill a crewmember.

Juno turns the comms off.

I hope you're okay with that announcement Captain, I would rather avoid any infighting on ship, so it's just a safety precaution so you don't get killed by someone after your job or anyone else getting killed for a similar reason, you're fine with it, right?.

Both are roleplaying and both are bolded.

There are no inertia dampeners, next to no recreation areas beyond a simple "communal room" with a few table sets. Take the helm, I need more processor cycles for this rather than answering questions...01000010 01101100 01101001 01101110 01100100..."

Jump off the actual flight control consoles, shut down any onboard transmitters broadcasting our location. Deploy any ECM possible at the stardock's equivalent of a flight control tower. When done, separate and brace for acceleration by spreading over a large area of a wall.

((Yes, turning a computer's speakers on while it's doing things won't make it speak in binary. However, this is the equivalent of a repairman muttering to himself while working about confusing things. Also, to save you from googling, the binary text is "How?" and "Blind", respectively))

((We currently have no momentum, excluding the momentum of the orbiting space station. We'll need to accelerate to undock and escape from any pursuers, maybe even do a few evasive maneuvers. And unless it's the wormhole kind, we'll need velocity to travel through the warped space or subspace, or to skip the folded space or non-hyperspace.))

((Actually, warped space requires no momentum whatsoever, it makes a pit in space in front of the ship and a hill behind the ship and the pocket of normal space just slides along. Subspace doesn't need more momentum then we will have from the launch burn. And if you read my action, there is a launch burn for a minute, providing us with ample momentum. Folded space doesn't need momentum at all, hyperspace is the same as subspace, just need momentum to drift with. Odds are is they will be too busy flipping out about the hole in their station due to the heavy engine burn right against the station to quickly pursue, we should have time.))
