I'm gonna name one of the infantry groups "The Wolves." and another "The Hounds."

+1, and disregard my plan. This is much more detailed. Can you label the vehicles positions as well? Right now I can only see the infantry, artillery, and mortars. Also, do you think we could each have command over a unit? That would be much more interesting than all of us conclusively coming to a plan.

I would like the Tiger Assault Trucks to be Viking 1 & 2, and the Talon's to be Norseman 1 & 2.

You can call the units whatever you want so long as each time you post you clearly state what something is, and which one it is when applicable, but for bookkeeping reasons and simplicity it'll be easier for me to have everything down as a being their unit not what you guys call them. This game is meant to handle dozens of units on your side alone and thus keeping track of who is who, keeping separate stat blocks for them, etc. will be extra work on my mind in especially since on the map all units of a type will have the same symbol, your Light Infantry for instance will all be green Ls on the map.

Also, do you think we could each have command over a unit? That would be much more interesting than all of us conclusively coming to a plan.
Right now everyone is commanding the entire outfit because the rules aren't tested, after a few missions I plan to begin allowing (some) players start controlling their own units while the main outfit being controlled now is still lead by everyone else. Since as it stands the system is possibly broken, if I let each player control a specific unit then players will likely die out really damn quick due to rules, armaments, and units being unbalanced.

Oh yeah you can name groups of units (like the groups of assault trucks) as long as its easy to distinguish them apart from each other, would make my work a bit easier.

The update will be up today, and this mission shouldn't last longer than three updates at most due to the ease of the mission and such, as an advance note to all starting Mission 2 anyone who wishes two will be able to take control of a either a small group of units or a single unit. To those interested in taking control of a unit in the outfit choose any color except orange, red, pink, or yellow and that will be the color of your units from now on.

Do keep in mind I'd like it if a player controlled no more than 2 a specific unit (such as 2 Light Riflemen), and no more than 4 units in total so that everyone can attempt to have control of something. 2 Light Riflemen, 1 MSS43, a Talon, and a Tiger will be remaining in control of all of those who do not have units (Likely to be expanded as more units are taken on.)

Yes you may though its only one unit so :P


PS: Remember you won't be controlling them until the next mission ... so a few of your units might not exist anymore.
