He spots the police building, towering above the others and various other large housing facilities and the such.

Then he spots strange purple lights flashing in the night sky, on the far side of the city.

Kyle signs through the forms before handing them in.

"Okay, go to the training room by the school building when you're ready," the demoness customer service girl says.

Kyle nods and goes there.

Magicsteady Academy is a huge castle built in a hexagon wall with numerous buildings inside--a mix of a medieval architecture with futuristic technology. Many students can be seen running to and fro the campus. Next to the large school building is a large tower where the recruits train.

Once Kyle gives his info to the monster girl at the counter, he goes down and finds a line of recruits. A huge muscular man with leathery grey skin and four arms is standing strong in front of him--his face is strongly built and his eyes are black. He is wearing a Magicsteady uniform which is labeled 'Mr. Eugene Knuckles, Instructor'.

Kyle takes his place.

 "ATTENNTION!" he yells out. Everyone stands straight up and looks dead ahead as Mr. Knuckles goes down.
 "WHAT'S YOUR NAME?" he asks to a small Lamia woman.
 "GURDA HANES, SIR!" she screams in response, forming a salute with the tip of her thick tail.
 "WHY ARE YOU HERE!?"
 "T-TO SERVE, SIR!
 "FROM NOW ON, YOU'LL BE KNOWN AS 'HANE THE PAIN'!"
 "Y-YES SIR!"
He moves down in front of Kyle.
 "WHO ARE YOU, LIZARD MAN?"

Kyle snaps into a salute.
"Kyle Johnson, sir!"

 "WELL MR. CLICHE NAME, WHY ARE YOU HERE!?"
