But don't worry! If we're facing a Dark Tower----> Gunslinger's ----> Gunpowder -----> Roland of Gilead.

Conclusion: Roland is on our side. We can't lose!

Links to sheets sent out - I've just sent a link to the google doc, cause it's easier than PMing out new sheets each time I update them.

Also, I may as well say it here: You need to choose a site to settle on the map. Bear in mind, the closer you settle to the tower, the more painful the game will be.

Will there be any payoff to settling closer to the tower?

The lands closer to the tower are a tiny bit more advantageous in general, but only as you can see on the map - their proximity to resources, mostly. Any other advantages would be entirely down to how you act - there isn't any hidden information about them.

And kj, if you can get a bare bones sheet in quick, sure. Another body should make the game last longer :P

kyle johnson a pirate i am shocked by this development

While many of my characters have similiarities, I question how interesting it can be to play the same character over and over again.

Surprisingly it's quite entertaining as I can change up the formula of the character with ease due to how different they can be. Also this isn't actually the one I use most I believe.

I say we either settle on a mountain or on that island in the lake.

If the undead can walk along the bottom of the lake, that just means we have less chance to see them coming.

We should embark next to a forest and promptly cut most of it down for wood to build a palisade.
