Cymea starts to approach closer to examine the orb itself, but the sounds of combat immediately draw her attention away.  Raising her halberd, she turns to see a strange plant-creature, Torban bound, and Kyle apparently moving his way closer to the creature as well.  Drawing her halberd, she begins to move towards the two.

A root jabs out infront of Kyle preventing him from getting closer, "This time I won't let you get that close to me again, prey!" Kyle and Wolfenstien will find that each time they ttry to go around the root, more jab out creating a wall.

The vines on Torban begin to tighten up, crushing him.

The vines on torban cease tightening. "Alma Alrune. What does prey desire my name for?" Alma looks at Kyle while keeping up her root wall.

Cymea's movement is also blocked by the vine wall rapidly forming.  She glances at Kyle and Wolfenstein, not quite sure if she should cut through, or if she'd be interrupting some arcane plan by the summoner.

Zita thinks about what to do with the core, and then glares at Torban and Alma, "Idiot," she growls.

[12 vs 10] The vines freeze allowing Torban to become free.

Alma Alrune sees this and lets out a small yelp of pain and uses some of her roots to knock Torban away and making her petals surround her protecting her from damage. Hurting her may not be the best idea.

Vulpa approaches the fight, drawing here cutlass but holding it at her side, showing reluctance to engage.

As she sees the wall start to form, she rushes trying to pass through before it closes.
