There was canonically a guy who made it 8 missions by sticking by the shuttle and waiting. Sure eventually his teammates shot him, but he did it for that far.

I think that doing little and letting others do most of the mission and take most of the risks is a valid strategy, one that should be worth equivalent level ups.  It's just not very exciting, however.

I don't exploit things any more!  I just play in an optimized, entirely fair fashion.  Primarily by asking if I'm allowed to exploit things before doing so.

Every single one of Saint's levelups was gained despite doing nothing.  He's still got +4 Aux at the moment.

Please explain how someone without an Aux score can earn the levelup? Because other than sabotaging the ship through incompetence or faffing about doing nothing until it ends one way or the other, there is precisely jack shit for us to do right now. Everyone who doesn't have the Aux to be useful is in stasis, now, to boot; and you can't take yourself out of stasis, either.

Secondly, levelups aren't earned. They've never been earned; when a mission completely fails and Steve strips you of even the basic token payment, you still get a levelup. (Simply being there inside the quantum field causes your character to mutate. )

Thirdly, this whole Limbo thing is only happening because a majority of us agreed to trade guaranteed safety for that levelup, if you recall.

@syv: I saw you added the double pew variant of the asaultsuit. Thing is, I remember a lot of (council) talk about it, but I honestly can't remember if there ever was a conclusion to that. Do you have a link to where you found the details of what you added?
