You can only enter if you've gotten less than two levelups worth of points added to your characters via level up or any other source.

No one's made the connection that what pancaek saw was both Phobetor and the source of the Origin?

Isn't that pretty obvious? I mean the white planetoid isn't probably neither, but twisted visualization of one, thanks to tripping balls on xenospit.
