Lower leans toward pessimism and higher leans toward optimism.

That is... a surprisingly difficult question.  Saint's something like a 1 or 2 as far as worldview, but generally thinks he'll be able to do pretty well, around a 7.  I guess those average out to a 4.

in regards to teammates actions and intelligence... about -20...

in regards to the acquisition and value of loot, probably 7 or 8.

war effort and chances of survival, probably 4 or 5.

He's died due to trusting teammates once, himself another time, and just being fucked over by circumstance another time. He doesn't trust anything, really.

do you get trapped outside normal spacetime and become the doomed god of two cubic miles of artificial sub-realities?

Huh, this is, indeed, an interesting and non-trivial question. Let's see the breakdown for Maurice:

Sticking dick into alien deathtraps and treating patients: up to 10 (In Mistress he trusts)
Risking his own life: as low as 1 (ever since he paid a visit to the Doctor, he has accepted his death), maybe 3
General outlook: 6-7 before Hephaestus, 3-6 after (everything is fucked, but maybe wearing those rose-tinted glasses is a good idea for preservation of sanity)

Overall: ~5, I guess.

Le'see, I'd say about... 7-9, as harsh as Lucricia sounds, that's mostly an automatic response for her and I could honestly say she's someone who's really, un-ironically hopeful for the future.
'Course, that number might dip if she realises what the Lurker is doing.
