The MKII suit is obsolete and would probably entail ripping someone off (not that I'm strictly against that, but it'll take a while to find someone sufficiently guillible), the MCP-2 and MWA I'd squeeze out 1 more token out of at best (and I already get 1.5 out of turning either in, so it'd be a profit of 1 token from both if I find a better deal), the Force Infuser I can't mark down at all, since it's 2 tokens. And the unused ones I'm turning in at full price, I'd assume, so no point at all.

If I sell my MK3, though, that I might let go of to a specific person.

Then again... I do have an idea. It involves, like all good ideas do, new arrivals. If the doom arms are go, there might be a market for this kind of thing yet.

Well, mostly I assumed that you could sell the slightly used but repaired equipment at full price, with a little good will from fellow players (say, throwing good relations into the deal as way, a single small favor, or something like that). Basically, if the Armory item sells for X, and there is the same item in effectively fine condition for sale at the same X on the market, player goodwill might work either way. That way you could earn full 3 tokens from both  MCP-II and MWA, for example. (Finding a buyer for Mk-II at higher than 3 tokens might be very problematic, on the other hand, so maybe that one I'd try selling to the Armory). As I said, might take time, but could reasonably probably yield you more.

As for hoverboard and stun baton you might want specifying that they've never been on a mission too. To my knowledge, if it goes on a mission but never get used (e.g. the person was stasis-zombie throughout its course, and essentially did not exist in physical-space, for all intents and purposes), it still drops to half-price, so Piecewise might theoretically misunderstand and offer half-price. Just sayin'.

Anyway, good luck with turning those things back into tokens!

Let's put it this way: if there is no economical reason why one is better than another, from a purely logical standpoint it's 50-50 toss. However, humans (as well as various post-humans ) are quite irrational, so that might swing the decision one way or another. Regardless, eventually your stuff should be bought; and chances for that increase if you use the irrational side of the equation to your advantage.

Such as, if everyone is your friend, asking your friends to buy from you rather than the Armory because well, those are perfectly fine items and you are such good friends!
