Yep, she seems to be going senile. Issue is, since Pascal Quicksilver stops a kind of decay, it may not actually cure her, it might just stop her from becoming more senile.

I think Pascal Quicksilver only stops ageing, her going senile might be linked to Pascal doing very bad things when degrading.
