Thanks to everyone that is donating to the patreon! I hadn't expected it to break 10 bucks honestly.
Now to show off how picky a gamer I am.
Do you have Killing Floor?
The original yes, and I've played 2. Never really could get into it.
Outpost 2 is my favorite game from a long time ago. I still have the disk for it lying around somewhere, even though I use the no-disc-required-and-gliltches-patched version I linked you too.
take the time to install the video codec, video files, and music - they really add to the feel of the game by a lot.
oh, and although it doesn't play in the version I linked you too unless you go to unnecessary levels of work to fix it the main menu is supposed to play the music file "Plymouth 4".
I took a look at it. Dunno. I'm bad at real time strategy.
How about Antichamber?
I've played through about 40% of the game but quit after a while because it began to feel like the puzzles weren't so much puzzles as just doing random things trying to guess what gimmick they used in this particular room.
Play Disgaea. Or Fire Emblem. Or Final Fantasy Tactics. Or Super Robot Wars Alpha Gaiden. Something tactical and turn-based.
I'd probably prefer Disgaea.
My girlfriend is a big disgaea player. And I've played fire emblem. Heard of super robot wars. I'd be fine with more xcom-y stuff.
Or xcom
Play Gotcha Force.
Heard of it, never played it. Looks interesting. The google search brought up a page of images consisting mostly of robots and underage girls.
Perfect.
PW, I hate you now.
I want to sleep, but your question of what games seems appropriate for you keeps digging at me.
and I associate you with creepy games.
specifically, each time I turn off the monitor, my mind keeps drifting to your question, followed by Five Night's at Freddy's.
I'm not the only person in the building, and someone is restless and moving about.
and my door doesn't have a lock.
so each time I hear the creak of the floor, the rustle of cloth, or worst of all a heavy footfall, my near-sleep-addled mind keeps screaming at me that I'm about to have SOMETHING come reaching up at me from under the bed, accompanied by that horrible scream, and followed by me being ripped apart.
and it's all your fault for asking what games would be good for you.
I hate you PW. you're a horrible, horrible thing, and I can't sleep and it's YOUR FAULT!
that's not nice. stopit, leave me alone, and let me sleep!
I'll find something nice and turn-based for you when I wake up! or write an OP2 guide! or whatever! just leave me alone already!
FNAF is one of those games where I'd probably ruin it. I'm not one to get sucked into the atmosphere if I can find nothing but flaws in the security system.
Victoria 2: Heart of Darkness.
Gah! Paradox political sims! I tried crusader kings once. I got completely lost in the clusterfuck that is that game's interface and systems for about an hour and made no progress. A shame, since I like the concept.
Everyone plays LoL. Play a match of Allegiance, so I can hear someone go wtf for 40 minutes or so.
No! No Mobas. Never. Poison that they are! Worse then MMOs!
You should stream Super Hexagon on Hexagonest.
hmmm I think if I was gonna play a minimalist twitch reflexes game it would be something like AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA or audio surf. Simple things like that tend not to keep my attention very well.
Make that Carmageddon 2. I want to see how PW fares in the Bruise Brothers mission.
Oh dear. Something tells me I'm being set up.
Ooh, Kill All Humans or any of it's sequels.
I'll assume you mean "Destroy all humans" the alien game. Kill all humans is something bender shouts.
Try Abobo's Big Adventure.
I could get behind that.
Some civ 3 or 4 I'll gove. You my copy to borrow.
Never played a civ game. All I know is to stay away from Gandhi
If you want to frustrate people, you could always try a puzzle platformer like "This is the only level" by jmtb02.
Or one of those FPS servers with constant swearing and idiocy.
Hmmm
S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: shadow of chernobyl with the misery mod
That ps1 LSD dream emulator game
hello kitty online
Ironically I could never get into stalker. I'm a big fan of the book they took the idea from, but not so much of the actual gameplay. I don't mind being a flimsy character, quick saves solve that, but there's something about the shooting that always bugs me. a random dog should not take several shots to the face to kill unless it is 8 feet tall and breathes radiation.
I still want to find a mod that removes all the enemies and just makes the world much more dangerous.
