Outpost 2 is my favorite game from a long time ago. I still have the disk for it lying around somewhere, even though I use the no-disc-required-and-gliltches-patched version I linked you too.
take the time to install the video codec, video files, and music - they really add to the feel of the game by a lot.
oh, and although it doesn't play in the version I linked you too unless you go to unnecessary levels of work to fix it the main menu is supposed to play the music file "Plymouth 4".

Play Disgaea. Or Fire Emblem. Or Final Fantasy Tactics. Or Super Robot Wars Alpha Gaiden. Something tactical and turn-based.

I'd probably prefer Disgaea.

specifically, each time I turn off the monitor, my mind keeps drifting to your question, followed by Five Night's at Freddy's.
I'm not the only person in the building, and someone is restless and moving about.
and my door doesn't have a lock.
so each time I hear the creak of the floor, the rustle of cloth, or worst of all a heavy footfall, my near-sleep-addled mind keeps screaming at me that I'm about to have SOMETHING come reaching up at me from under the bed, accompanied by that horrible scream, and followed by me being ripped apart.
and it's all your fault for asking what games would be good for you.
