I'm hoping for a death right now. It's definitely not an incident. Unless something incredibly bizarre happens with one of his artifacts, which we won't discount :P

Well, hopefully we won't have another STAN incident. NewXan is going to be markedly more cautious than the last one, so that should help.

It didn't end the mission like STAN did. If someone fucks up on such a large scale that it effectively derails the entire mission, then it's an incident.

If you access the VR, my first character left the schematics for his prototype weapon (the unholy child between a chicago typewriter, a pancor jackhammer and a remote turret that fires burning, slightly explosive poison). That could help. Any testing is appreciated, even against teammates :P

I believe at the time I did label it as an incident. Though STAN immediately eclipsed it, so it was on the Safety board for only a few days. I don't think we had quite realized that it was Mind Control driven, since your action had been 'shoot the building'. I figured you had rolled truly abysmally :P

I suppose the will roll should have peeked my interest more XD

I was reading my old Appearences google doc to find info about Eel Man and Lukas and saw this:
Everyone who works with weaponry on HMRC ships wears green coveralls.
Looks like they don't trust the inmates going into the Crew Quarters enough for them to not send an armed guard.
Then again, they only sent one, so that's something.

Why not use both? You know space is compressed in the void dimension while gravity is non-existent. So it would be much easier to give yourself enough speed to achieve orbit or at least delay your fall long enough for a ship to reach you.

I kinda think everything involving armor should wait until we can have ARESTEVE do the research and designing I ordered him to. Kinda pointless to use outdated armor in designs now if better things should become available shortly.

Secondly, I'd vote that instead of making an armored Mk.II, we keep medical functions in the suit and use a seperate longcoat-like idea for armor. Mostly because robots have no use for medical stuff, while regular humans can still just buy the suit and the armor separately.

...I feel like such an idiot now.  My original idea on why to trade medical stuff for armor was so that MK.IIs wouldn't be useless to robots.  But since they're useless, they might as well just not buy them, and instead get armor that doesn't have any fleshy-only stuff, like the neck snipper.  *headkeyboard*

As far as the research stuff you ordered ARESTEVE to do... The only research I thought you made him do was on 'alternative exoskeletons' or something, which'll be ready Sep.8th.  I'd add that to the wiki, but I'm not really sure what it even is.  If you mean the stuff from the planetoid, I disagree- we'll have that stuff to mess with on our next resupply cycle, so making new forms of armor which are just a bit better than what we already have for just the intervening time makes sense to me.
