Derm continues with his attempts at defeating Thrakor. He points his physics-defying staff at the pool of water and attempts to gather as much of it as he can:

And the small blob of water hits the distracted Thrakor squarely in the chest, decreasing his heat even further. He is at a perilous 1 energy now, he can feel the languidness coming after him.
By this time the Keeper reacts, and tries to encase Not Igor in stone!

The stone giant emits a power scream, an avalanche resounding in the arena, as he quickly stabs its fingers in the direction of the floor and yanks some rough walls from it, encasing the biometal dragon inside! It then charges after Not Igor, as the poor sod don't have many place to run now:

And the Keeper manages to grab the dragon by its torso, and now attempts to bring him to the floor!

He coughs some energy towards the floor, exploding the part of it that is directly below him. This creates a little more space for his head, with the unfortunate side-effect of blowing a portion of his jaw too.

And a great radius around the Sphess Whizaard is quickly covered in magma! Derm barely managed to tumble back, his right leg ended up totally covered in molten stone, which eventually dissolved it.

And as Derm curses, Thrakor bathes in the precious magma. It helps him to not lose more heat, but doesn't seem to be enough to restore it.

A green and black blob is formed in front of Bigf01t, as a multitude of little souls, elongated and twisted green faces, erupt from it, clawing and biting all around as they moan. Oddly enough, the souls found Bigf01t more entertaining than the Hydra, and he suffered from some ghostly scratches. The ball of pitch was fired forwards, and fully covered the surprised monster in sticky, black goo. It seems like it will have some problems moving.
