Out of like 30 games. One guy was using this masterpeice of engineering with it's recoil based propullsion to zoom accross the map at insane speeds blanketing the entire map with plasma.

...I want to try that, only if that is able to be achieved without hacking the engine.

So today I discovered the wonderful world of the robocraft wiki. I don't think the speed comes from hacking. I think it's one of these.

Weren't Warp drives fixed by limiting what angles you could place hoverblades though? Unless this is a new method I hadn't heard of.

He has no wings if you look at the image, he's just cheating to rapid fire all his plasma cannons.

At 20%, I'd be surprised if he still has wings. But the rapid fire plasma cannon cheat has been known, not sure what the devs are doing to address that.

I have nothing for T10 atm, hovering changed and my previous bot doesn't fly anymore

Octobomb, with capitals! Add me! I'm T2 at the moment, though my craft composed of nothing but basic stuff it is remarkably durable. I had a mishap with triforce armour though. My little truck ate the combined fire of 3 robots on a hit-and-run mission, taking no critical damage... and a stray shot took off the entire top section including all the weapons.

The internals and outer are both extensively triforced. What do you all think?

Hrm, I'm tier 4 at the moment but I can probably throw a tier 2 together.

The crosshairs aren't going to be perfect because weapons do not account for their placement, they aim in the exact direction you are, resulting in a parallel firing line to your direction of aim unless you place your weapon precisely and aim in a very specific direction.

I thought they were aiming at the point where you put you crosshairs a la Half Life 2 Laser Guided Missile Launcher?

No, it's more like a battleship's guns.  They all face the exact same angle.  Meaning your shots will be off by the same amount of blocks they are apart.  It's parallel lines.

well i have seen 2 cheater as of late. one was in tier 6 which could damage you without firing or even being near you. (this was a few nights ago[sadly i did not get any pics]) and just now i saw a ally rail gun firing as fast as the smg. (now i did get pics of that) not my problem is i can not log into the robocraft website for some reason. any ideas? it says that my email is in use but it has no users using said email. anyway if someone would like to send the pics to the devs for me i would appreciate it.

Dunno about other guns, but SMGs very much don't work like that at all. You can see this by alternately aiming at a friendly hover tank above you, and then move your crosshair away from it.
