These are just the default stats for the race. I haven't added my 36.
...

36 point buy doesn't translate directly to 36 points of things. And Succubi have a stat modifier set of +2/+2/+2/+6/+4/+16. And they have five extra levels of racial hit dice, which replace possible class levels.

I... Um...
What did I fuck up and how can I unfuck it?
Just start out with the point buy. It's easier that way.
Also, what's the stat modifier set mean?
You add those things to your point buy results to get your stats. Assuming you're just a pure succubus.

Alright, then add another Dex +2, Int +2, Wis +2, Cha +4.

Thanks. How do I know the skill limits?

If you mean stats, the point buy should take care of that.
If you mean skill ranks, it's 3+Level. Which for you will be four, since your class level will be first.

go here. Add things in until you get 36 at the bottom.

From then, add +2/+2/+2/+6/+4/+16 (Str, Dex, Con, Int, Wis, Cha)

From there, add the 0/+2/0/+2/+2/+4 (again; Str, Dex, Con, Int, Wis, Cha)

This will give you your final stats.
EDIT: The max you can buy to is 18 (Calculator won't go higher)

Since leadership is banned, are Thrallherds also banned?
Probably.
I'm going to take the chance that "Probably" means 'No', and roll up a backup Thrallherd.

"Probably" does mean no, in a prohibitional sense. Mostly because I don't want to have to deal with managing a bunch of PC followers.

Oh, Dejavu, you could have a Half-Fiend Nymph. More levels available for classes, less Charisma, though.

I'll manage them. If I didn't want to manage tons of NPCs, I wouldn't have asked.

What about if the PCs managed them?

Otherwise, you're basically throwing the Dread Necro Leader build out the window.

Even then, it kind of makes combat take forever. And also brings the battle system closer to the point where it just breaks down.

Oh, and maybe double post, but I have an EXTREMELY munchkinny build(not suitable for this but still amazing) that doesn't use any base class besides paladin. >:D And maybe ranger, depending on how you play it.

You don't play as the paladin/ranger. You play their animal companion.

FAKEEDIT: You haven't even done combat. And in this format, if the people have their minions act on their initiative, it really doesn't take forever.

As for the battle system breaking down...you asked us purposely to munchkin. It broke down a long time ago.

Alright, I have a plan: let's throw ~135 quickly respawning mind slaves devoted and beloved followers at the bad guys.

My WIP backup thrallherd.

What?
Only 135?
Pffft.

I'll stick to my 200+ undead minions, thanks.

Speaking of, is LA buyoff a thing?
