Two things for me, if anyone knows:

- Is there a game similiar to Recettear? I like the concept of Shopkeeping, but couldnt find anything decent.

- After replaying Sang-Froid, I was curious if there were any other trap / hunting defense games around. I played Orcs must Die 1&2 for hours allready.

And before I forget:

- There are a lot of new "survival" / "building" games on steam. But honestly, I cant tell which ones are good or not. I've seen stuff like "Life is Feudal", "Reign of Kings", "Savage Lands" and "Rising World", but with so many avaible, I dont really know which are actually worth the money. I played Wurm back in the day, but found it WAY too grindy, but the basic concept was pretty cool.

I am playing the latest iteration of Avernum.  The graphics/ UI improvements make it  more fun.

So. A building game, not Minecraft. Doesn't have to be block-based. I'd like to be able to building structures. I.E. Castles, fortifications, manors, etc. I'd like people to use what I build. Anything come to mind?

I really like world-building, and I want to be able to share what I like with others, preferably letting them play in a world or structure that I build. Thoughts?

I think there's an aspect of this in Clockwork Empires

EDIT:
The first half of the request at any rate

Is there a good racing  game with team management ?

I would like to take car of my cars, my drivers etc

Actually I'm not necessarely looking for a simulation, something like a racing blood bowl will be awesome with sp and mp league. But if there's only a sim it's fine.

No problem and here is another if you have not heard of it though i assume you have seeing how high profile it seems to be : http://store.steampowered.com/app/250240 called racing manager 2014

I was wondering if anyone knew any good crime simulation games. while i prefer syndicate or empire large crime games where you have to plan and manage your men you recruit i do not mind text based games ala liberal crime squad one of my favs right now.

It seems like a neglected genre i am not looking for a shooter type.Grand strategy crime.

There is also a game called moonshine runners... again no team management but it has an option to play in turn based mode (well not turns but a mode where everyone gets a limited number of waypoints to spend and gets to watch the results)

Think of it as Mario Kart on acid.

You could try Gangsters 1 or 2 (I think most prefer 1).
It's more empire building but you can follow your thugs and give more specific orders.

Mafia 2 and GTA:San andreas (and probably the newer ones) had some "do it yourself" criminal activities.

I quite enjoyed Gangsters 2. Definitely recommend it as a crime management sim. Nothing quite like expanding your racketeering empire and smashing up your rival's speakeasies.
