Name: Franz Sebastian Langton (human)

Description: A tall and well built man with brown hair and blue eyes in his late twenties. He has a closely cropped beard that he likes to scratch when deep in thought. His head is graced by long, thick brown hair and it's usually crowned by a large brimmed hat with a feather. Always prefers to wear expensive clothes and high boots. He is easily recognised by a long scar going vertically down the right side of his face. Although he relies on bodyguards and the like for protection, he does keep two daggers hidden for the cravest of situations.

Biography: The self-titled trade lord Franz Sebastian Langton was born in the capital city to a lowly smuggler. His childhood was rough as they never had any money and since Franz was quick-witted he very soon showed his entrepreneur skills. That would also become his favourite past time starting from the age of 8. He would trade with other kids for items that he would later trade on for something of more use. By the age of 14 he had gathered a group of others of his age that he would use to smuggle small goods for merchants. This group would also deal with more sinister criminal ways. A few years later he became a ladies man, always popular with the ladies for his charm and good looks.
Somewhere around the age of 17 he thought of going semi-clean with his business endeavours. He started small, not selling in a store at first, but taking goods from one place to another. Although he mostly stayed out of the underworld he still had contacts there and would sometimes use their help in a more delicate matter concerning a rival or getting some lucrative job. Another time he would also help his former buddies in their smuggling business or by trading information about this or that. With time he has built his trade and contacts network as well as his capital. He is now ready to take on the world and nobody can stop him.

Expect Daelin to come off as extremely alien in thought patterns compared to the humans. He is not human, I intend to play him as such. Also, does anyone mind if I decide how Our Dwarves Are Different?

I have a bit of an explanation on how they are somewhat different with me that I can PM to the dwarven players, but considering your enclave is a bunch of outcasts from that, I don't see why not.

And Vagel, you're in the green for now. Just don't suggest a more complex trade system than what we have right now.

I didn't exactly figure they'd be too terribly different from standard. They can see in the dark, obviously, like most fantasy dwarves. So they have that creepy eye shine that dogs and cats have at night. And they should have pretty obscene upper body strength for a creature of their size, but I more imagined them as the dwarves from the newer hobbit movie. Shorter than a human, but still not actually that small. If that differs from what you had intended at all, just let me know.

The prince mentioned quite few castles needing lords, so you can land a position of a baron. Just make a suitable noble app.

Description: A fair man in his 30s, with a pair of brown eyes. Unassuming look, with long hair which is customary for the time period/most people. While a newly upgraded Baron, he uses the unknightly weapon of a warhammer. Never seen without his armor, due to the volatile situation.
Bio: New overlord of the (demesne). He ended up in this position because his last lord died without issue, and as the most prominent member of his household retainers he succeeded the ownership of the (demesne). He was the household quartermaster (which is a knight rank), and during his term he improved his liege's castle, which defenses and storage were instrumental in repelling a few sieges.

His new ownership, however, comes at the huge cost of everyone else under the last lord became more independent, and while he is still technically overlord of these knights, he understands that he need to win back their hearts, by force or else.
