Harberad walks into the room smiling at the pair.

"I believe your discussing my handiwork, doc mind coming with me a couple of my friends got hurt in the fighting, they'll live but without proper treatment it'll be a long time until they're ready to fight again and I promised those humans a nightmare.

I don't have weeks to wait.

Oh and in case your worried about the halfbreed scum who tried to turn me in."

Harberad then tossed his face onto the table in front of them.

"He's not going to be a problem any more. So can you help me out doc? If you don't mind I could use all the information on the garrison you can give me and I need to know who's ready to fight the humans and who's not as well as any with combat experience.

I promised them a nightmare and I intend to deliver on it.

Doc - an aged elf (he is no less than 150 years old) - looks at you with a gaze full of surprise, spoiled by fear. When he is silent until traitor's face reaches the table. He murmurs something, confused and feared at once.
Another person ((he-he, you saw that guy in your "previous life")) is a mature elf with an artificial limb that replaces his leg and a scar across his face. He starts the talk, before Doc says anything.
 - So, that is your work, eh? Nice done. However, you and yer friends were hurt, as I see. A dabbling work, but efficient, however. I do hope you kept their guns, 'cause you sound like an elf that shares our idea.
He stands up.
 - Since I am the leader of what we call resistance here, i invite you and your comrades to join us. If you agree, I'll send my people to help your friends and bring them here, if not, I'll just wait a few more days before you get caught by men. So, do we have a deal?
He stretches his hand to you, waiting confirmation.

Harberad looks at him briefly then shrugs.

" We'll work with you but we won't be joining you, we're only here long enough to clean house then we're going to be moving on to another town hopefully with a few elves from this village with us.

I'll trade you the guns and ammo for a few men to join the 4 of us, preferably men who have bows and know how to use them. We have orders to follow and joining you would be a violation of those orders so an alliance is the best we can do.

If that and my trade are acceptable we're good to go if not I'm gonna get back to dropping human bodies. "

He looks at you attentively, when you reach the part of collaboration until all them men are down, he laughs aloud.
 - Ha! Than you're going to inherit the command of my forces after my natural death! Do you know how many of them there are here? According to my men, there are at least regiment quatered here. Most of them are securing HQ, however. And our numbers are much smaller. And terror will cause repressions. So, actually, you just caused a mass of problems.
He sighs.
 - Anyway, I will do the trade thing. I hace a few annoying entousiasts, I'll give them under your command. And you give us all the guns you got to us. We'll manage to get you some bows and arrows. Now, I'll leave for a while to get your friends here. And you may have a drink.
And he leaves through the backdoor.

Go outside and conceal myself in a good position while I wait for my companions and the other rebels to arrive.

You go outside and in a while see a group of elves approaching. Some of them are bearing your comrades, some are bearing guns. Three of them are bearing bows and quivers. They're led by that grim-looking dude. Damn, he works operative.

Walk in with the group and ask the doctor how long it'll take for my 2 companions to be up and about again.

Go through my mental map of the locations of stationary sentries to figure out how many there are.

Eat something. It doesn't have to necessarily be edible, but hopefully it will be. Is there some kind of buffet on the train, or is this more of a poor-people train?

You walk in and ask dotor about your mates. He looks at you with a bit of fear in his eyes.
 - Uhm, well, they need some cutting, that is for sure. To be short, they'll be in shape to fight in several days.
It's not that his answer satisfied you, but what are you going to do with that anyway?
You stop for a minute and refresh sentries positions. You count two dozens all over the town, mostly on the rooftops. If shot from below, they won't make any noise.

You throw a quick look inside the opened maw of storehouse's opened frontgate: a man in black overcoat with a silver shevron is fighting a sturdy dwarf, that seems to be chef-smith of the factory.

You look inside your bag to see what kind of snacks you'd put there in hurry. [5] It looks that your economic nature was above your consciousness during preparations - you see some bread and water carefully packed, and that is enough to last for exactly three days.
You tear a piece of bread and chew it. This train is usually transporting soldiers and officers back from province and runs empty on it's way to it.

Toss him the coin I got from the dead officer.

" Thats fine just get them fixed up, I've got work to be doing before morning anyway, just take good care of them and you'll get more where that came from. "

Turning to the rebel leader he spoke briefly.

Got any more people who'd rather take a more active stance? Oh and do you have any scale armor and long knives like ours? I'll swipe the kit from as many kills as I can so I'll trade you the guns for the armor, weapons and any more fighters you can give me.

Oh and have a little faith, numbers don't win the kind of war I'm going to begin tonight and in a few days time I'll need you and yours men help, I have an idea on how to wipe out most of that regiment in one night, just need to give the rest of the elves in town suitable inspiration to join us first.


Take my 3 newbies and head into the town, lead them through avoiding any light and shoot the sentries in the back one by one. Loot as many as is safe of weapons, armor and anything else of value and behead them.

Evade enemy patrols attacking only the sentries.
